I was lucky enough to be able to be part of a group shoot set up by Melanie Bond at this studio and I thoroughly enjoyed myself.

The owner/hostess Hannah was welcoming, polite, helpful and easy to chat to.

The studio is set up rather well and has alot of props for different styles and themes for shoots along with a huge set of clothing.

I had a great shoot here for a group shoot with the model Melanie Bond (Butler). It was my first time to this studio and I would recommend it. The owner, Hannah, was very helpful and engaging. The studio has a variety of interesting sets and there are also many props, such as clothes and other accessories, to make really interesting photos. It was a great shoot and I look forward to using the studio again.

I had my fist (and hopefully first of many) shoot at Betty Noir studio in Cinderford yesterday. Hannah, the owner was very welcoming, showing us round and even providing a coffee (always a winner with me). The studio is spacious, providing many already made up sets with loads of costumes various backdrops and props galore! AND, it's not expensive to hire! Hannah is always on hand to provide expert advice or assistance IF it's required, but she will also just let you get on with it.

If you haven't done a shoot here, it's a definite MUST!

I'd highly recommend Betty Noir Studio to 'togs' of any standard or experience! And I'll most certainly be back in the future!!

I recently had the great pleasure of doing a shoot at Betty Noir Studio. Not only does the studio have everything you would expect in terms of good lighting equipment, great changing facilities and all the other things anyone you might need, it has a lot more besides.

As someone who is a firm believer in these words:

“It's that I don't like white paper backgrounds. A woman does not live in front of white paper. She lives on the street, in a motor car, in a hotel room.”

Obviously, I’m not a fan of bland paper backdrops. Of course Betty Noir Studio has them for the situations where they might be required. However, the main thing that attracted me to the studio is the amazing selection of sets and props that are available as can be seen on the studio’s page on here.

Hannah, the studio owner is a terrific host and has worked incredibly hard at providing a facility that’s perfect for my needs and one that I can’t recommend highly enough.

Had another great shoot at Betty Noir Studios,Hannah has made some great adjustments to the studio and the changing room is the best,With a wonderful array of vintage outfits and various other clothes.She has some great props that add those finishing touches.She is polite and helpful and a all round great host.Really like the new set she made she has a good eye for design got to try the swing overall a good experience would highly reccommen#d the studio.

My third shoot at the Betty Noir Studio and once again a fantastic place to shoot in fact my preferred "go to" studio now for my photography projects.

One of the models took up the option of hiring studio owner Hannah's in house make up artistry skills and that too proved an excellent choice for our shoot.

It's a great place for photography, which models simply love too.

I had my 1st shoot at the studio today with Viv 2 . I arrived earlier than anticipated and the owner, Hannah was already there. I was shower around the studio and was amazed about the number of set possibilities and the number of outfits Hannah has collected. Hannah is very accommodating and nothing was too much trouble ( even helping me carry my gear). The studio fees are very reasonable and I will definitely be using again.

Betty Noir Studio is different...

'Burlesque' is definitely the theme, and there are a host of lovely sets that really allow the user to play with ideas against varied, colourful and inventive backgrounds, in addition to standard vinyl backgrounds (which include a Barbie pink one: irresistible!)

Outstanding comms, thoroughly clean and very welcoming. A very complete set of lights and modifiers: clearly a studio that takes the shaping of light seriously!

And, of course, Hannah is a wonderful host.

My overall conclusion - I need to return to play some more! 'Playful' is another good word for the place: Hannah takes playfulness seriously, which means it is ever so easy to enjoy shooting at her studio.

I am so glad to have found Hannah's Betty Noir studio. The circus set is just so awesome and absolutely compliments my style of photography.

Hannah is the perfect host and the studio has great lighting, facilities props and plenty of costumes even for a models use.

It's a 10 out of 10 for me and certainly going to be back again.

And so a week later from my first shoot I came back again for another :)

Once again utilising the oh so brilliant circus set, it was another productive time at the studio.

I'd highly recommend the creativity that can be had with the "Knife throwing board" it's certainly a great feature amongst the many available in this super studio, packed with so many goodies that will keep you going back for more time after time.

This was our second shoot at Betty Noir Studio and, as before, it was a total delight to be in this studio which is warm, tidy, spotlessly clean and generally a great environment to be working in. It is well equipped with good lighting, modifiers, sets, easily deployable background papers and costumes. There is also a very good make-up area for the models.

The studio owner, Hannah, is a welcoming, friendly and knowledgeable host who is quite happy to let you get on with the shoot, but equally happy to lend both a hand and advice should you wish it.

As you may have guessed, both my model and I are fans of this studio and are happily and eagerly looking forward to our next visit.

I am starting to lose track of the number of times I have been to this studio. Hannah is very welcoming, always pleased to assist with lighting or anything else which is required. The new circus set which she designed and built is great, Skye and I enjoyed using it. There are so many possibilities for shots here and I always go away thinking of what I can do next time. This is definitely a studio to keep coming back to, and I can highly recommend it.

My second time shooting at Betty Noir studio. Hannah gave myself and John a lovely welcome, and she showed John around and went through the equipment. The Studio felt very relaxed with music on in the background. Everything like last time was organised and immaculate! And plenty of sets / props / outfits to choose from- if you enjoy retro - you are always spoilt at Betty Noir!! :)

Wonderful shoot. The new circus set, I highly recommend. Well made by Hannah. Hannah was efficient at changing sets around for us, including getting the swing down on this shoot. Nothing was too much trouble! And she made the shoot experience flow well.

I really love it at Betty Noir! And will be back in April..

Vintage Photography

Hannah has a studio with so many opportunities, both in the sets and the outfits. It is delightfully vintage in style with lots of props. Very clean and tidy and Hannah is always around to help and advise. I really enjoyed shooting here and will certainly return.

My first time at Betty Noir Studio and I am most impressed. The studio is clean, warm and well eqipped with a large range of props, sets, costumes and easily deployable coloured backgrounds. The make-up area is superb, always a good point from a model's perspective I feel. The owner, Hannah, is a welcoming and friendly host who is most helpful. As I said, this was my model's and my first time at this studio and, even though we were shooting for 5 hours we only used a small proportion of the facilities available. We are both looking forward to a return visit to try out more ideas. I most highly recommend Betty Noir Studio to everyone.

I always enjoy my shoots at this studio. Hannah is always very welcoming and happy to help if asked. Today Mel and I took advantage of Hannah's new Christmas set, which is great. I am looking forward to the new set she hopes to have available early next year. A great studio to work in, so highly recommended.

Today I have shoot in Betty Noir studio for the very first time and I cannot believe I've never been here before!! Absolutely amazing studio, insane amount of props and background, plenty of outfits to choose from... Definitely one of the nicest studio I've even been to!

Another very enjoyable shoot at this studio, this time with Joanna Mills. Hannah was very welcoming to us both as usual and set up the lighting in her moody boudoir. She is always ready to assist if required, but will leave photographer and model to work together if they do not need her assistance. This is one studio I am always ready to return to as it offers something different from other studios. Definitely recommended.
