This is a costume and headdress I created, complete with bells on it! Including a hat, headdress, Black Elizabethan ruff, tulle and material lace collar, corset and tutu with over skirt. The costume is adjustable so can fit various sizes and is available to borrow when you hire the studio for TWO hours
