I had another great shoot with Aurora. A little deviation from my original shooting plan, as we ventured into the outdoors at a couple of small lochs in Perthshire, however it worked out perfectly in the end.

Aurora was totally at ease working outdoors and her natural figure worked in harmony with the surroundings.

I would highly recommend Aurora to all.

9 June 2024 - UV Stargazing Event at Argentum Studio - Creative makeup by Saskia.

I had an amazing shoot with Aurora at this well placed Edinburgh Studio with Saskia applying the UV reactive paint.

It was an unusual and creative idea with the UV produced from ambient rather than flash. Pre comms were excellent on all accounts and the studio is well positioned in Musselburgh regarding free parking and access for the beach too.

Aurora and I have worked together on countless shoots and she always through her enthusiasm and energy comes up with new ideas on the day - and I totally love what we had created.

From the results you will see why she comes with my highest recommendation and further more is a total joy to work with.

Not for the first time this year that I find the fantastic Aurora standing in front of my camera!

The pre-shoot comms for this one were boxed off in double quick time, not to mention an excuse to go shopping!

As a result of the meticulous planning, the shoot went like clockwork. Wardrobe and props, with a couple of options thrown in for good measure.

As with all our shoots, fun and productive. We have worked together on so many concepts over the years and, by way of testament to Aurora's creativity and willingness to suffer for my art, we manage to produce images that are so different from our previous shoots.

As a photographer, I highly recommend that if you get the chance to work with Aurora you jump at the chance. A definite eleven out of ten!

I have been hoping to work with Aurora for a while now and am delighted that it finally happened. Preshoot communication was flawless and she appeared well ahead of time and well organised. A smiling, chatty soul from the outset and a great shoot throughout. Petite and with a big personality, her range of poses are tremendous and her natural beauty makes the job of shooting her incredibly easy. I genuinely cannot recommend her enough and I am already planning further shoots with this top notch model.

Aurora and I had discussed our nerves at our 2nd shoot having had such creative success the first time. No disappointment, she is professional, bright and breezy and get's on with the job with little direction. Good collaboration and trade of ideas and the results of shoot 2 are amazing - that's all due to Aurora's hard work.

I highly recommend working with her and look forward to shoot 3 myself.

I had a great time working with Aurora. In the lead-up to our shoot, she was very professional and communicative and continued to be so in person. She was very eager to engage with my ideas for the shoot as well as add her own to the mix, she even did her hair and makeup in a manner that fit the vintage theme of the project. Despite the limited space we were working with, we were able to capture some great shots together which I'm very proud of.

I would highly recommend working with Aurora if you get the chance, and I would be very happy to work with her once again in the future.

When Aurora tours, she always chooses wonderful places with some character and interest for shooting, and this time was no different. Another First!

Given the number of years and the number of shoots we have under our belt, this was our first time working in studio.

As you would expect, pre-shoot coms were first class, and we soon had the details worked out. I just love the fact that whatever ideas for outfits I throw at Aurora she always, and I mean always, manages to pull it out of the bag, quite literally!

On the day of the shoot everything went to plan. Working with @creative_makeup_by_saskia the look came together with ease. Not to mention the addition of a couple of options in the hat department!

Even with such a relatively simple concept we were able to work through several different variations, both with lighting and wardrobe.

All in all, another successful and productive day spent in studio. The fact that we achieved so much is testament to Aurora's professionalism, the fact that we had so much fun in the process is testament to Aurora's enthusiasm and infectious personality.

A definate eleven out of ten... Again. Aurora Violet comes highly recommended.

La Belle Femme Boudoir

My 1st time meeting and working with Aurora, as part of a duo shoot with Irongem. Both models are fantastic to work with, so friendly from the start.

She was happy to work with my ideas. Very easy to get on with. I stsrted imitating some poses which I wanted to try, which Aurora said was really helpful. This in turn made me more confident in giving directions.

(I'm still fairly new at working with models, so this was a great help to me).

This was my 1st time doing a shoot, away from a studio, so lighting was more of a challenge, both models were very patient and understanding (we all have to start somewhere and get experience as we go along), so this was a big help too.

All in all, Aurora was great to work with, I look forward to working with her again someday

Almost a year to the day, this was my second Christmas duo shoot with Aurora Violet and IronGem.

Anyone who has worked with them knows that they are both absolutely lovely ladies and totally committed models. Friendly, chatty, funny, patient, and oh so very in tune with each other, this was such a relaxed, happy shoot. I had a basic idea and they both worked really hard to make it happen with outfits, poses and contributions.

It was an utter joy to work with such professional people and I look forward to doing it all again.

Had my 6th shoot with Aurora today,Actually lost count how many times I have worked with Aurora.This time it was a Glasgow visit with Irongem.

Communication was excellent as usual.Results are stunning.It was a pleasure to shoot again.

I can count on the fingers of three hands the number of times Aurora and I have worked together over the years, and each time is different, in a good way!

As with all our adventures, pre-shoot coms. were a breeze which all serve to make for a better experience come shoot day.

On the day itself, everything was ready, with a couple of surprises on the wardrobe front throw in, always a bonus.

Needless to say, but the shoot was both productive and fun, or should that be fun and productive, managing to get through a number of variations around the central theme.

So, and not for the first time, I find myself recommending Aurora to all you photographers out there, your ideas and concepts will be in safe hands!

Already looking forward to our next project.
