Just got back from my first shoot with Areteus. Lovely guy, really chatty, good direction and really creative with his ideas he had for our shoot! Back of the camera shots looked awesome and I cant wait to see them edited! Would definitely recommend!

Had my second shoot with Areteus the other day. Following up from our last vampire themed shoot this time we had a demonic theme. He had loads of ideas and chose a fantastic location for it. We also worked with some purple smoke. Really lovely and creative photographer and would throughout recommend.

Can't wait for shoot number three :)

Did a shoot with Areteus yesterday. He was extremely patient as myself and another model navigated issues with public transport.

He is a pleasure to work with, bringing some amazing props for both myself and the other model to work with. He had some great ideas and gave good direction.

An absolute gent of a man, easy to talk to. I'm excited to see the finished images from this shoot.

Shot with Areteus earlier today, he was very patient with us while myself and another model tried to get there with train cancellations and replacement buses.

He was a perfect gentleman, very approachable and had great ideas.

I can't wait to see the pictures, from looking at the back of the camera, it looks like we've got some really cool shots.

David kindly shot some shibari in the woods today. Was a lovely day weather wise so we were fortunate ! David is very easy to work with, images BOC looked great, thank you for shooting with us, highly recommended.

easy to work with very professional , kept me informed while taking the images to see how they came out , happy to use a prop id made and brought along in the images , received the images quickly after the shoot , would defiantly work with again and recommend to others =]

Excellent pre comms. Areteus picked a studio and met me there, I instantly felt comfortable with him. Left myself with the mua to get ready. He had brought along props he had made, as well as using the ones I had. He kept checking in during the shoot to make sure I was okay because it was a very cold and wet location shoot. Showed me the back of the camera frequently and everything looked amazing, very much like the mood board I put together. I am very excited to see the final results, as well to work with Areteus again.

David was a great photographer to work with on a neon photo shoot and I had fun finding neon places to shoot with him around Manchester. The images so far have been great and he was polite, friendly and full of ideas. I would happily work with David again and recommend him to anyone.

After having admired David's unique work for quite a while on here I finally managed to shoot with him yesterday.

He came down to as location which I had proposed. The location which I had only been at previously by car was a bit trickier to access via public transport than expected. However David was such a trooper when it came to walking around the wilderness and hills of Rochdale while carrying his heavy gear around. The shoot was though simply amazing.

We had planned a fairy and a vampire theme, David was absolutely amazing as a photographer, well equipped with lights, and even some great props. He gave directions well, found some great spots to shoot at and I think we got some marvelous results.

The conversation kept on flowing throughout and he is a very fun, interesting and lovely person as well.

Would absolutely give my highest recommendation and hope we get the chance to work together again in the future!

I had a second shoot with David recently. This time we shot at my home. We worked with a flash and the natural light. We mainly concentrated on alternative portraits and fashion. It's always fun working with David, he is creative and likes to shoot things out of the ordinary. He is easy to work with and shoots just fly by. I'd happily work with him again if we ever get the chance with me moving back to the south.

Areteus messaged me about my Cybergoth casting and we collaborated on a fun, casual shoot around Manchester.

We got some ace shots and I would work with him again for sure.

Definitely recommended.

Shot with David for book-cover pictures. He was professional, had a good idea of what he wanted to achieve and how to go about it, and some lovely creative ideas. He was very thoughtful and considerate of my well-being, and even wrapped up the shoot earlier than planned due to the cold conditions.

Recommended, I'd happily work with David again.

I had my first shoot with David yesterday. Pre comms were great. He came and met me at the station and we got the tram to the location. The woodland and church was lovely and we tried out a range of gothic styles including using smoke pellets which worked well.

I'd happily recommend David and I would work with him again.

I met with David today in Manchester .. As this was our first shoot I was a bit shy at first but we hit off ..

He arrived earlier as planned as I was way too early and he really didn't mind (thank you )..

He presented himself with alot of professionalism. . We talked throughout our shoot and got some great street graffiti shots. .

I also had quick preview of the images and they look good. .

Reccomended.

Had a shoot today with Areteus, which was planned well in advance :) Pre comms were great, David was pleasant to chat to and work with :) We were working on images based on a character from a book David has written, and the book is fantastic! Thoroughly enjoyed reading it! Think we got some great shots, looking forward to seeing the end product.

Pre comms were very good, was very relaxed with areteus. Made me comfortable and always checked I was okay. Gave nice clear instruction and let me have my own ideas into this shoot. Will work again in the future and I highly recommend him.

today I had an absolutely brilliant shoot with Areteus. Dressed as Alice in Wonderland we wandered around Buxton much to the bemusement of everybody else (God I love this job!!). A pleasure to work with,

pre-comms were spot on, he was kind, courteous and considerate, patient and keen to experiment. I would whole heartedly recommend working with him. Thank you! x

I worked with David at a workshop by Ian Cartwright a couple of months ago at a beautiful house in the Peak District. We got on well, had some interesting conversations and I enjoyed working with him. He came up with creative ideas during the shoot and we produced some interesting images. I like David's creative approach and would love to work with him again some time. Definitely recommended.
