Karl applied to my eShoot casting where myself and my partner, J Black Photographic, shoot images to the photographers criteria.

This was the first time I had worked with an artist and I thoroughly enjoyed every moment of it.

Karl's communications were faultless and he answered every question quickly, help the whole process to run smoothly. He put together a moodboard of ideas and away we went! I can't wait to see the final product :)

I recently had the opportunity to work with Karl on an unplanned shoot to show the location we'll be using on a project he'll be starting very soon.

Karl is an incredible artist and has a wonderful creative mind. He made me feel very comfortable and was more than happy to run with some of my weird ideas.

I had my first shoot with Karl yesterday and he was fantastic. The pre shoot communications were great, developing ideas for the shoot, place, time ect.

It was a very relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere through out the day, he's very easy to work with, incredibly sweet and professional.

He has a very good eye on what will look good and the images I have received have been amazing and Im very happy with the outcome.

It was a really enjoyable day and I would definitely recommend working with Karl you will not be disappointed =D

I had my first brilliant shoot with Karl at a gorgeous location in Cardiff as a part of group shoot.

I respect his professional attitude including attending this shoot although he got cold and did not feel perfect. However I was very lucky and thanks to him for today's shoot as we got beautiful images! His eyes as a photographer is great and the spot he found was just gorgeous and I fell in love the image that we shot there.

I thoroughly enjoyed the shoot and I am looking forward to working with him again.

Apologies for the delayed reference!

Had my second shoot with Karl this weekend at a fantastic urbex location on a variety of themes with a view to storytelling and producing something for his beautiful paintings. This shoot had been several months in the making and it was great to finally get to work with him one on one.

Karl is a joy to work with as he's so easygoing, funny and interesting. He's full of wonderfully creative ideas but is more than happy to go with the flow and experiment. Communication pre-shoot was excellent and we had a good idea of what we wanted going in and had plenty to natter about during the shoot (his taste in music is bang on!). With a great eye for detail and framing, Karl's technical skills are wonderful and his black and whites in particular never cease to wow me.

He gives good direction when required but also allowed me loads of creative freedom with my posing and even indulged a few of my dafter ideas. He was also kind enough to show me his portfolio of watercolour and pencil works afterwards and I'm thoroughly stoked to see what becomes of our shoot together.

Thanks for another fantastic shoot Karl and in the meantime, I hope you have a wonderful wedding day!

Had the pleasure of assisting and working alongside Karl yesterday on a shoot with my partner, LittleOwl.

I was a bit nervous initially (comes with the territory of being the boyfriend of a top model), but I had nothing to worry about. Karl is a top guy, very friendly and professional. He has a great eye for not only locations but lighting as well and was kind enough to let me take a few shots myself during the shoot, though I hadn't intended to take any images originally. Brill at what he does and a really interesting personality, both LittleOwl and I had a great time and I look forward to seeing the work they produce when they shoot together again in April.

Thanks for a fun, laidback day mate. Was great to meet you. Oh, and happy birthday for Monday!

Had the pleasure of working with this absolutely lovely gentleman today alongside Ceri Vale in what can only be described as (probably) the most awesome urbex location in South Wales!

Although we had initially organised a first shoot for late spring, imagine my delight when I was told I'd get to work with Karl in advance at such a superbly atmospheric location. Having been a fan of his beautiful works for a while now, it was such a pleasure to finally meet him and we had so much fun throughout the day!

With fab communication both prior to and during the shoot, Karl is absolutely full of creativity and fun. It's easy to feel completely at ease in his company thanks to his friendly, interesting personality as well as a fab sense of humour and amazing eye for lighting - and that's before you see his images!

He allowed me plenty of creative freedom with my posing but gives good direction when needed to really enhance a shot and create and abundance of atmosphere. He has a fab eye for composition and spotting the best patches of natural light and although we thought we lost him a few times (he likes to explore), it was this pre-planning that led to some truly wonderful locations and beautiful following shots!

A friendly, professional and absolutely lovely guy, I'd defiantely recommend working with this talented gentleman to anyone and I can't wait to see what he does with the images!

I didn't think I could be more stoked for our shoot in the spring - turns out I can! Thanks so much for a really fantastic day and a brilliant shoot Karl and have a happy birthday! I'll bring muffins next time ;)

I had the pleasure of meeting and working with Karl on a shoot with myself, Karl and Ceri Vale the other week. I was a little nervous to begin with but when we got chatting everything fell into place. Karl is a superb photographer and artist, who really shows his passion through his work as I'm sure you can all see in his portfolio.

Karl has brilliant ideas and a very good way with a camera, I absolutely adore the window light images we captured together. He is also good at giving direction when required although was happy for me to go through different poses that i felt suited the surroundings..

I would definitely work with him again and certainly would happily recommend to all models new and experienced.

Had a fab first shoot with Karl today. He is so easy to get on with and it felt like we'd known each other for ages! I love the way Karl works, we go to the location, did a quick scout and then got on with it. Karl is very good at directing which suits the way I like to work on shoot. He is very enthusiastic and knows exactly what he wants to capture and achieve from his shoots. Within just over an hour we had done everything we needed to do and got some fantastic shots from our time working together. I am really looking forward to seeing the finished results. I would highly recommend working with Karl to anyone whether your a newbie or a pro! Looking forward to working with you again very soon!

I had my second shoot with Karl and his amazing fiancee Chazz on Thursday. :)

Karl and Chazz kindly put me up for the night and were the perfect hosts, I definitely count them as close friends and feel like I've known them forever.

Karl and Chazz had designed a amazing couture bib for me to model and had spent hours scouting the perfect locations including a amazing lake.

The shoot flew by and Chazz popped her photographer cherry with me and I'm really proud of how well she did.

Karl is amazing, he's so laid back and chilled and it makes for a really relaxed shoot every time. Karl gives good direction and has brilliant ideas that make every shoot individual and i know we are going to get some amazing results.

Thanks again guys, I'm definitely up for no.3, just try and get rid of me now :) xxx

I had the most amazing shoot with Karl today after months in the making.

Karl is a really really lovely guy, so talented yet humble about it.

Karl was really welcoming and after a discussion on outfits he took me to the most AMAZING location with breathtaking vistas and wild horses! I honestly could have cried it was so lovely.

Karl is really relaxed and didn't mind a bit that I bought my own camera and was really patient while I faffed around taking pictures of absolutely anything like a excited child.

We ended up shooting mainly art nude images and Karl is really encouraging and gives lovely compliments, I really really enjoyed myself and he works incredibly fast so you never have the chance to get chilly!

The icing on the cake was Karl letting me hop out of the car to annoy some wild ponies, again I teared up as they let me stroke them, this was something I never thought I would get to do and Karl made it possible.

An absolutely amazing shoot and experience with a uber talented photographer and artist, I can't wait to see what he does with the images and we have already spoke about shooting again, Thanks Karl.

I had an amazing first shoot with Karl at Studio 99 on my Wales tour!

He turned up on time, loads of ideas, ready to go! The shoot just flew by, hes such a lovely polite person who is obviously passionate at what he does.

I got some stunning images back from him and cant recommend him enough!

I had the most wonderful shoot with Karl last weekend at my home. Karl ad his lovely family came to stay with us which made for a lovely chilled weekend and shoot. It had been a little while since Karl had shot, if he hadn't of mentioned it I wouldn't have known!

After much conversation and laughs, we did get into a rhythm and I really enjoyed our shoot. One of the best things about shooting with Karl is that he value's the model's input and truly cares about the images he achieves.

I would highly recommend shooting with Karl to any model!

Finally got to shoot with the very creative and talented Karl! Karl is very easy to get along with and makes a cracking cup of coffee!

The shoot was brief but that is because Karl knew exactly what he wanted. He will put on your favourite music to get you into it and is great at guiding you into the pose he wants.

I got to shoot with Karl for the second time on the weekend and would be lying if I said I wasn't excited!

He makes me feel instantly relaxed (his wonderful cooking had a hand in that!) and we discussed ideas for duo shots with the gorgeous Aries/single shots too....

This fabulously creative individual is a dab hand with lighting and finding the most beautiful natural light, his angles are to die for and he is by far one of the best editors I've met or worked with!

I can't recommend Karl enough, you will not be disappointed, em xx

Another shoot with one of my favourite creatives; this time with the lovely Jezebelle on board!

I knew this shoot was very different for Karl, as he doesn't often work with two models, but he threw himself into it and from the start was producing some fabulous images on back of camera.

His creativeness just flowed; when lighting systems let us down, he didn't give up, and instead we got some really creative stuff going.

He was happy to go with the flow when it came to Jezebelle's and my ideas, which was great, as we got some very experimental stuff.

Highly recommended, as always!

I have been waiting ages to work with Karl and I am so happy that I finally got to on the weekend :)

It was such a relaxed experience. I got to sit with a lovely cuppa whilst getting my makeup done and having a chat. I was instantly comfortable and felt as if I had known him for years.

The shoot itself was very quick. Karl knew exactly what he wanted to achieve. I had an absolute blast and even had a chance to boogie to my favourite songs.

I highly recommend Karl and look forward to working with him again (if he will have me back hehe). Can't wait to see the results

Oh goodness..where to start! Having turned up an hour late due to my stoopid sat nav thingymabob, I was a little fraught and flappy, Karl immediately made me feel comfortable and relaxed, making me coffee and having a quick chin wag before we all left to shoot.

The shoot itself was incredible, Karl gave me free reign to get a bit creative and run through some arty poses, gave me good direction when he spotted certain areas of the location that inspired him (the man is a genius with light!), and it was such a chilled shoot with a lot of laughing, chatting and getting the teeniest bit cobwebby! I had a lot of darn fun!

Karl's partner Chazz scouted out the location (which was incredible!), and was shooting with another photographer at the same time - what a lovely, beautiful soul! I immediately hit it off with Chazz, such an awesome lady, had a good ol' chat in the car en route to location. Thank you to the both of you beauties for being so wonderful!

If you get the chance to work with Karl, you won't be disappointed! He's just bladdy awesome. I highly recommend this fellow, and I hope to work with both him and Chazz again soon. Much sparkles to you both :)
