References for Angel Black UK

Even though I have worked with both Angel Black UK and Cariad Celis respectively on countless occasions, this was the first time I had worked with them as a duo. This shoot was significant for another reason because to date, I have shot with each of these two models more than any other.

I hadn't written a set list prior to this shoot because I decided simply to go with the flow. That's how much faith I have in each of these incredible models.

It truly warmed my heart to see everyone, including J Black Photographic and KeiranDahl who were also present, get on so well with one another, considering the two couples had never met before turning up for our shoots.

We opened up proceedings by shooting a few autumnal scenes in a nearby park on what was a very beautiful if rather chilly morning. We then reconvened to my house for a number of artistic nude, lingerie and vintage fashion sets.

As always, I look forward immensely to my next shoot with this gifted individual whom I have quickly come to regard as a true friend.

However, I do hope that she may duet with Cariad again in the near future as the day had inspired so many ideas that I couldn't catch them all in a butterfly net.

Although we do not actually shoot that regularly together due to our other commitments, the small amount of time we do get turns out to be priceless.

We had a mini shoot with the amazing Cariad at the end of a busy day with fellow photographers Ramees and Kieran.

The plan was High key as opposed to Low key, which I have been doing a lot recently.

Looking forward to working on the edits and many more shoots in the future...(we have to make more time together) !

Last week saw my long awaited shoot with Cariad Celis and Angel black. I haven't had much experience of working with duos and was quite nervous of having to direct anyone besides Cariad (she's my fiance so I get to tell her what to do all the time). That said, I need not have worried at all. Angel is an absolute joy to be in the company of. She's fun and professional, totally open to ideas, fantastic at make up and expressions and all in all I really cannot wait to work with her again!! Cannot recommend enough!

We got some amazing shots together, if I do say so myself, and I'm really excited to get to work on them.

Had my first shoot with the amazing Angel black model,she's such a lovely, talent model, who stepped in for me at very short notice for an 4 hour shoot at studio 8 in Salisbury.

She is so lovely to work with and so photogenic behind the camera, we covered loads of different sets, fashion, lingerie to topless, can't thank her enough, enjoyed every minute and got amazing image's.shes such a lovely professional lady and down to earth, thank again for amazing morning.100% recommend to everyone on purpleport, would love to work with her again.

My second shoot with Angel once again her pre communication was great clear with both the ideas for the shoot as well as the kind of shoots I was looking to get.

When I arrived she was completely ready for the shoot with a few outfits to choose from.

We shoot in the local park near Angel and it worked brilliantly the shoots we got had a real autum vibe. Angel did a great job with both her posing and her knowledge of her local area.

Once again an absolute please to shoot with her and cant wait for our next shoot.

Had a fantastic shoot with Angel, who was on tour in Hampshire at a converted barn, we got on really well, it was a good fun shoot, she was chatty, friendly and we had a good laugh she was very professional.

Angel hardly needed any direction, posed with ease and elegance, she is a very stunning lady.

It was awesome to shoot with Angel Black again!

I think there is a clear correlation between professionalism and the very top models on Purpleport. Everything about Angel Black is professional: her comms, her dedication and work ethic, her approach and preparation, so it is no coincidence that since we first shot Angel Black has gone on to become what I consider one of the very top models on Purpleport. She is a joy to work with and her approach guarantees quality results.

Every so often, during a shoot, you stumble upon a 'golden' moment - where everything the posing, the lighting, the mood, just works perfectly and the results are spectacular. In my experience these moments are rare, but despite this I experienced several of these golden moments with Angel Black - surely the sign of a top model (and a very happy photographer).

I couldn't recommend Angel Black more highly. Not only is she a truly gifted and hard working model, but she's also a wonderfully friendly friendly and interesting person to spend a shoot with.

Ive been wanting to shoot with Angel for a while, so when I saw her casting for a mini tour in Hampshire, I jumped at the chance, and was not disappointed. Her pre-shoot comms were brilliant. On arrival at the location Angel had booked I was met at the front door, despite a severe storm taking place at the time, and I had a coffee in my hand before Id even set my kit down.

Angel was very patient as I messed around with lighting, and had some good ideas to help the shoot progress. Angel needs no direction at all, and quickly understands what youre looking for, and she also had a huge case of outfits.

Angel is a really nice person, chatty, pleasant and humorous.

100% recommend, and I will be shooting with Angel again. Ive already started a google search for a location for our next shoot. Thanks Angel

On what was a torrid day weather wise I managed to get to Angel & John location by 06.50. Angel was ready to go immediately, full of energy and dived straight into the first set of gelled shots. One of the shots from these I think is one of the best shots Ive created with atmosphere. The building lent itself to various mini sets and we exploited at least three of these and as you can image the two hours just flew by. Angel is a true star and were definitely be working together again hopefully running a workshop together in London. Angel & John, thanks for a great day and lets do it again soon.

First duo shoot with Angel for autumn in a pumpkin patch. Although meeting Angel (And having her share her wisdom with me and show me the ropes when I first started out), we finally got to do a shoot together. Angel was full of creative ideas, different ways to create a theme and set a mood for the shoot which led to a huge range of different images with different characteristics. As a person Angel is someone I have a lot of time for, same as for her talented fiancé J black. She is friendly, funny, kind and supportive as well as drop dead gorgeous of course! She is always happy to use her advanced experience to help and encourage newer models. She is someone I look up to for sure and I would definetly recommend working with her if you get the chance, anytime! I hope we do more shoots in the future together, was so much fun and we produced such great content!

Had a lovely shoot yesterday with angel who accompanied the shoot with a photographer.

Angel is a beautiful, bubbly and professional young women! An absolute delight to work with and made me feel so comfortable throughout the shoot.

Angel brought lots of props and came very prepared to the shoot helping me and another model with outfits and organising the shoot. She also was happy to help the photographer set up and assist him throughout shooting.

A wonderful model and can’t wait to shoot again, I highly recommend her ☺️

It has been nearly 18 months since Angel and I last made some images together. Well there are none so stupid as he who misses out on opportunity.

Angel is the consummate professional - she is confident - savvy and poses naturally. Each shoot we have collaborated on has been a total pleasure. Her pre shoot comms are great, she always arrives at a shoot with a suitcase packed with ideas and temptations - not to mention the charming John - She is always ready to go and full of ideas and energy. Time wizzes by and the best part is ------ the images she leaves behind are amazing. Thank you both - really good fun shoot!!

PS . Anyone who doubts the benefit of having a chaperone accompany a model, try it and see!!

I had a thoroughly enjoyable shoot with Angel yesterday.

Her pre-comms were excellent, very prompt and straightforward. After discussing my aims for the shoot she provided images of potential outfits and shooting spaces, all of which helped my preparations.

During the shoot itself she did everything to make the shoot a success. She posed beautifully: whether adopting a classic pose or something more dynamic, she always did so with grace and elegance. Then, having checked a batch of images, she happily reworked poses that we agreed might be improved if slightly altered. This all made my job behind the camera very easy. She was both professional and great fun to work with.

At the end of the shoot she even helped me pack up the ridiculous amount of studio gear that I had brought with me.

I would highly recommend Angel and look forward to working with her again.

This was my first shoot with Angel, her pre-shoot communications were excellent. Angel has a really lovely friendly personality, which made working with her a pleasure. Able to pose without direction or just as equally able to take direction.

What a fabulous day! After watching Angel rocking some Saxon/Norman looks (really! - see Eye for Beauty's reference), we set off into the streets of Bradford-on-Avon to grab some quirky fashion shots. It was always going to be "guerrilla-style", dodging pedestrians and heaving traffic, and Angel could not have been better... find a location; wait for the moment; pose! pose! pose!; and repeat. Massive energy and style on Angel's part - constant grins on mine :-).

This was a completely different genre to our last shoot, and clearly another strength in Angel's armoury. Perfect preparation, and perfect on the day. She is a delight to work with, and lovely to be with - as others have said, Angel has the energy of youth combined with maturity and professionalism that belies her years. Always makes for a highly enjoyable and highly producive shoot!

100+ recommendations already - and I'm very happy to add mine! Angel goes from strength to strength and no doubt will continue to do so. Very much looking forward to another shoot together.

An Eye for Beauty

Having been let down for a shoot by another model, Angel stepped into the breach with just a week's notice by rearranging another shoot herself, for which I am extremely grateful. The venue was booked, the costumes hired - and Angel completed the package. Her communications beforehand were second to none and she turned up on the train at Bradford on Avon bang on time. We used an ancient Saxon-Norman church in the town and with period costumes it was the most recent, but earliest historically of these shoots. Angel was great and clearly enjoyed the genre; she has the vitality and enthusiasm of youth with a maturity beyond her years. Another photo-book will certainly appear in the not too distant future. This is my third shoot with the lovely Angel this year, and I am so pleased to have made that initial overture. Now I hope she will participate in the next historic shoot in a couple of months; but if the dates don't work, we assured it won't be long before we work together again. Highly recommended.
