I have had the total pleasure of doing two shoots with Andy now. .....both less-than-an-hour slots at group workshop shoots hosted by The Creative Duo at The Pit studio. Both times Andy has blown me away with his vision, creativity, sense of fun and incredible talent. He is fantastic at giving gentle direction, clearly communicating the image he wants to capture whilst being encouraging. (He is prolific in both quantity and quality of images! ). Cannot thank this gentleman enough for such fun, exciting shoots and for allowing us to be carried along in a story dictated moment by moment from shot to shot by the mood of the place and the flow of expression. Top man, top tog! :)

The Creative Duo

Andy has attended a number of our events now, and we are pleased to be able to call him a friend as a consequence.

He is a delightful chap as well as being a more than competent, creative photographer. He gets on well with everyone and is able to put models at their ease quickly and easily. He has an eye for creative storytelling, which is always a sign of a good photographer.

All in all, we can't wait to see Andy again, and have no hesitation in thoroughly recommending him! :)

I had been invited to Andy's lighting workshop, something I hadn't experienced before. Luckily everyone was very welcoming and chatty and I also learnt a lot whilst there. Andy was great, gave great ideas and showed alot of lighting knowledge. The studio was really clean and all set up ready to get to work. I had a great time and I right laugh! Thanks Andy!

Always a joy working with Andy. Today i rented the studio and Andy was as helpful as always. He has a great technical knowledge for those of you who are unsure or just starting out and is also full of ideas if you need them!

I would highly recomend Andy as a photographer and studio owner. Studio is well equiped and in a central location.

Cant wait to shoot there again!

I have had the pleasure of working with Andy on a few occassions now, and each time is an absolute blast. We have a great laugh together and he makes you feel at ease and comfortable when he is around. Plus he also has some crazy ideas which always makes the shoot interesting and keeps stuff fresh!! i had my first shoot with Andy on Sunday,he attended a workshop that i co hosted with Mark Keane. Andy's work is great, although he doesn't like to give himself the credit that he deserves! i felt so at ease shooting with Andy and we worked well with the ideas that we both had :)

i would definitely recommend to all level of models, and i would work with him again in the near future.

Pagan Moon Photography

Andy attended a creative workshop I organised recently at the Pit Studio. I have known him for a little while now, but this is the first opportunity we have had of working together.

He is an absolute gentleman, both charming and witty. If he has a fault then it is that he is sometimes too modest about his own abilities! He was taken right outside of his comfort zone in the environment of the Pit, yet rose to the challenge and has produced some great images.

He has recently opened his own studio in Oakham, Rutland, so if you are looking for someone in that area then give him a shout - you won't regret it!
