I saw a recent casting put out by Amethyst for a duo shoot with her and her friend Celia and I just couldn't refuse. I worked with Amethyst 2 years ago and I have wanted to catch up and shoot again with her, so this was the perfect opportunity to do so and I was not disappointed.

Amethyst is a great art nude model and fits beautifully into the remit of models I enjoy creating art nudes with. She has a fabulous look and is able to pose beautifully, but not only that, there is a depth to the way she works which is manifest in her expressive posing giving the photographer a great emotive end result in the image.

Amethyst works hard to create what you are after and is able to take direction well, as well as pose without. She cares about what she creates and wants to work for a great outcome. She is a true artist who loves modeling and I would have no hesitation in recommending her to other photographers. It was lovely to work with you again Amethyst and thanks again for another fabulous shoot :)

I give her my best recommendations!

This was my first booking with Amethyst, after having been in contact for more than a year. From seeing her portfolio I had a strong gut feeling it would be good to work with her. She travelled for 24h to get to me in Norway, but she was still ready to work with me right away the first afternoon. I was just blown away already by the first images, we just clicked. From that moment it felt like surfing on a creative wave for the next few days! Like in a dream!

We worked within a variety of styles like art nude, portraits, figure, intimate, conceptual both in studio and on indoor as well as outdoor locations. We experimented quite a bit with different techniques; from working with layers and reflections to exploiting distortions through curved glass and blur by long shutter speeds. We worked at dawn and in "tussmørke" (twilight) at dusk. Amethyst was just full of creativity and she crawled like a Nordic fairytale creature in the moss in the wood, she arranged her beautifully shaped body as sculptural figure nudes along rivers and waterfalls and she expressed intimate body language and moody portraits. All with enthusiasm and so much talent!

Amethyst really knows how to make use of her features to create emotions and beauty and it’s a joy to shoot the different styles with her as you always get stunning images. We got a lot!

Hosting Amethyst over several days is as nice as being with a dear friend. Always positive and the loveliest human to be around. We had many interesting conversations as well as fun and laughs. I think it also reflects in the images when you go well together. 

I recommend anyone who get the chance to work with Amethyst, do it! She is a jewel. Do not miss your chance!

Amethyst travelled more than a day by coach and train to work with me and my dear friend Hans Dethmers. Just an hour after her exhausting trip we did our first session! The start of a wonderful photographic adventure. Working four days in a row, indoor and outdoor, from sunrise till sunset. Making portraits, nudes and landscapes, capturing movement and emotion ... and so much more.

Amethyst was every minute motivated and full of energy and she was interesting, friendly and funny company too. She moves, walks and poses gracious. She's inspiring, full of ideas and takes takes directions very well. And ... ... she can act in a touching, subdued way, when you manage to create the right atmosphere for that.

No doubt we'll work together again soon (and often). Highly recommended to everyone who wants to create something special and personal.

An awesome first shoot with Amethyst yesterday at her home where we also did duo shots with Celia. She has an elegant beauty and extremely creative completely buzzing with ideas for poses and locations to best show her ideas which flowed through the shoot. Her ability to style poses that are elegant and yet surreal are reflected in the many images captured. Amethyst is extremely professional, creative and a pleasure to work with who I highly recommend. I'm already look forward to more shoots together.

Had a fabulous shoot with Amethyst today. As others have said, and I concur, she is a wonderfully creative art nude model. Her poses are exquisite and she flows from one pose to another effortlessly. She is also brimming with ideas on places to shoot and how to wear items that accentuate her natural beauty. On top of this is she is a genuinely interesting person to spend a couple of hours with, very friendly and happy to accommodate your ideas. All in all a very enjoyable and productive shoot from which I got several wonderful images. I really hope I can shoot with her again sometime. Thanks Amethyst.

After wanting to do duo work for a while I had a really fun first duo shoot with Amethyst yesterday, shooting with Pauldcz as photographer. Amethyst is an extremely versatile, open minded and fun model to work with. She knows how to effectively work with her body and has clear ideas about results. Throughout the shoot Amethyst kept great momentum and bounced thoughts around. Her passion for modelling and getting the image spot on is inspiring, and I certainly hope to work with her again soon. Highly recommend! :)

Simply, a perfect art nude model.

What can I add? She's petite, perfectly proportioned, elegant and ever so easy to work with.

All I had to do was drive (she has a beautiful and rather quiet location) and point the camera: I am delighted with the results I've got, and I really want to work with Amethyst again.

That's ended up very short - so I'll add that if you shoot art nudes, you should book her. Seriously, she's that good.

Amethyst is a true artist with an extensive knowledge of modelling and camera work, as well as all the poses to make her the ideal model for art-nude and creative photography. She's phenomenally aware and creative - full of great ideas, as well as being marvellous at making a photographer's ideas come to life. We shot out in woodland (it seems Amethyst has a great repetoire of art-nude locations), where she even dropped socks behind us to make sure we didn't get lost (adding to the magical, ethereal feelling of the whole shoot). She's also a great person to hang around with - well-travelled, knowledgeable and always interesting. I had a great time creating things with Amethyst and am really pleased with the images we made. Can't wait to work with her again!!!

Zoom Out

I worked with Amethyst a couple of years ago when she was just starting to build her portfolio. We decided to shoot together again this Summer and I am so glad we did. We went with an ethereal forest shoot for which Amethyst is the perfect model. She brings an endless array of shapes and expressions, always creative and expressive. Completely comfortable in her own skin, Amethyst is to me one of the best art nude models on the site and I'm blown away by how far her modelling has come. I was so happy with the results and also with her passion for creating unusual and experimental images.

We decided to shoot again soon after, this time indoors where we could experiment with shutter speeds and arty concepts! These shoots have been very liberating as Amethyst is incredibly patient and almost wills you to try something different. I now have a ton of really cool images to edit, all varied and interesting, and quite different to my other work. I can't wait to shoot with her again.

Amethyst is reliable, hard working and very easy to get on with. If you book her, you'll have a stress free fun shoot and come away with lots of great images. Highly recommended without a doubt!

There is really nothing to add about Amethyst that hasn't been said before, Beautiful body, great attitude, willingness to please the photographer to get the right shot and not to mention her creativity and her friendly personality.

Now having had a short chat to Amethyst I soon realised what a fun loving friendly and creative person she was. When she poses its as if she is has gone to another place in her creative mind, and when I was talking to her I felt that she was looking inside me with those grey eyes.

What a delightful shoot I have just had with the lovely Amethyst outside at the Far Forest Studio.

Amethyst placed a Casting Call just at the time I was looking for a shoot as I was traveling through her area. I only needed one look at her Portfolio to decide to reply as her work was just the sort of natural location nude I was looking to shoot.

In the period before the shoot, Amethyst's communications were spot on despite her full shoot programme. All her communications were professional, helpful - I quickly formed the opinion that we would work together easily and freely .... and so it proved when we met.

Amethyst is a very attractive, bright, natural and beautifully proportioned young lady, with a delightful personality and a charming smile. She is a very fine 'natural nude in the environment model', and was absolutely perfect for the woodland shoot I had envisaged. She poses naturally and organically and is is completely at ease in front of the camera. She works hard, is enthusiastic, attentive, listens well, and absolutely professional. She is very easy to work with, freely contributing really constructive ideas, and game to try so much, including enthusiastically jumping into the 'refreshing' waterfall.

She arrived with two bags full of well selected clothes that unfortunately we only had time to use a small selection.

Amethyst has the sort of bubbly but focused personality that makes the shoot both fun and productive. Time just flew by and it was a shame that I only had time for a 4 hour shoot - we certainly could easily have spent more time working together.

I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending her.

Thank you Amethyst for a most pleasurable and productive shoot today - I would love to work with you again and hope we can make that work despite the distance between us.

I had the great pleasure of my first shoot with Amethyst along with my friend Mark Cutter55.

Amy arrived and after a quick coffee was ready to shoot. Mark and I have very different styles when shooting together to which Amethyst proved more than capable to adapt to either one of us at any time, something I was most impressed with.

The shoot was for 6hrs which flew by in no time at all where Amethyst worked tirelessly to achieve the required images along with inputting her own ideas along the way.

I would recommend Amethyst to any photographer who is looking for a beautiful model with a wonderful attitude and great posing ability.

First I echo everything that MER, my partner in the shoot, says about Amethyst. This was my first shoot with Amethyst and we used the ruins of Houghton House expecting to get quite a lot of uninterrupted nude time. Unfortunately we were descended upon by picnickers and elderly wanderers. Amethyst managed to stay calm and relaxed, a lot more than I did, and in the end we managed to get some really good shots in between our visitors.

She is a very beautiful model and has a freshness and vitality that comes through the images. I also really enjoyed her company in spite of the difficult circumstances. I heartily recommend her.

Last Tuesday myself and friend Doug Watson arranged a shoot with Amy (Amethyst) at an abandoned manor house in Bedfordshire,it was a glorious sunny day and it was very succesful.Amy was enthusiastic,friendly,helpful and absolutely gorgeous,the shared four hours flew by,and the images obtained were top class.The ruined building provided a great backdrop to the lovely Amy,and I would unreservedly recommend her,and outdoor or on location does seem to suit Amy very well.
