I shot with Alastair for the first time today in the theatre that he works at! His knowledge of lighting and studio equipment is absolutely stellar! He also comes equipped with a beautiful wardrobe and a creative mind! Alastair showed me the back of the camera after every set so that we could figure out what we both loved and work toward that. Would 100% recommend!

Absolutely loved my shoot with Alastair, first shoot I've ever done so was so nervous but he put me at ease right away. Soon as I got there got me a nice hot drink and asked how I was and made sure I was comfortable, he helped guide me with poses and listened to my suggestions too. Kept checking with me I was okay and comfortable and just genuinely a very nice guy.

Highly recommend Alastair especially to those just starting out.

Had a great shoot with Alastair at the Highbury theatre, he made amazing communication pre-shoot, very understandable as I was a little bit ill on the day of the shoot, myself and Alastair had many ideas for the shoot and we made them come to life and even gave me a preview inbetween sets!☺️ Very excited to see how these photos come out, will hopefully be booking another shoot with Alastair very soon!😁

Wow! Today was my first time shooting with Alastair and I cannot explain how much fun it was! Alastair was very supportive and kind, making for a very comfortable experience! A very good eye for a shot and works so well with your own ideas to create some amazing images - I can't wait to see the final products! Alastair bring a bubbly, fun vibe to the shoot and amazing attention to detail. I couldn't recommend Alastair enough and hope to shoot with him again in the future!

Another fantastic shoot with Alastair today!

We visited Parklands Studio and were joined by model Nova Evergreen and another photographer (& manager of Parklands), Viking.Visuals! & not forgetting Jess the dog.

It was so much fun!

I can’t fault Alastair on the slightest, we always have such a laugh and today was just a thoroughly enjoyable shoot (as always).

Thank you for always sharing memories with us & for creative fun. Always a pleasure to work with, & always have a good laugh together. Looking forward to future shoots at your studio and more events at Parklands.

I shot with Alastair again recently, this time we did a Christmas themed shoot with my friend who was visiting the UK.

He was a pleasure to work with as usual, had a great Christmas backdrop ready to go, as well as outfits and props to help create the perfect set and we also shot a few things that I wanted to get done too.

Yet another fantastic shoot with Alastair. This time featured around Christmas. His direction and attention to detail are second to none. Arrived to a wonderful Christmas set that had been arranged by Alastair himself along with some great outfits. If you keep thinking I really should get round to shooting then you really won’t go wrong by arranging something with this guy. Really laid back, easy to get on with, very kind and considerate with attention to detail that’s second to none. I am really excited to see what images have been created this time and can not wait to see what assignments we can do next

We discussed ideas and had a mood board so we had a direction for our shoot. Alastair invited me to his studio and made me feel very welcome. It was a relaxed environment, and I had a wonderful time shooting with him. He was friendly and he had a natural skill for lighting. He also delivered all of the photos extremely quickly, very impressed. Hope to work with him again in the future.

Well, where shall I start... I had my second shoot (themed) with Alastair and it went amazingly! Pre-comms were spot on, Alastair is a fantastic photographer who is incredibly professional and he definitely knows what he’s doing and the looks both himself and model are trying to achieve. I decided I wanted to extend my levels slightly. I am so pleased that I did. I felt so comfortable and at ease and the ideas just bounced :-) Alastair is extremely professional & a lovely person, brilliant, fun and easy to shoot with lots of chatting too!

A true gentleman and I would be more than happy to work together again in the very near future :-)

Today, November 23rd 2023 I had yet another very good shoot with Alastair, this time with another model, Amy. The shoot was very well organised, with a dance theme and a Jack Vettriano-styled shoot being fitted into a very productive time frame. Alastair was his usual calm and collected self, directing two models into interesting poses and ideas, and having seen some of the photos in the back of the camera, they are up to his usual standard. I would recommend working with Alastair very highly.
