Alastair and I have worked together before for a shoot and it is always great fun!

Alastair has great ideas for shoots but is also happy to complete shoots that the models want to do too. He is able to direct a model but also happy to leave the model to self position.

For this shoot my house mate who hasn’t done modelling before came with me and she loved every minute of it too. She was a little nervous to begin with but after a few shots Alastair had helped calm her nerves in front of the camera. He taught us about photography and also had us both modelling.

I can’t wait to see this selection of photos and to work with Alastair again soon to create some more amazing images.

Whether your a professional model or just starting out, definitely get in touch with Alastair! You will not regret it.

Not my first shoot with Alastair and it wont be my last as I highly rate him as a photographer!

I shot solo with him and then as a duo. He adapts lighting for males and females appropriately, compliments outfits with backdrops and great compositions.

I really love his energy, friendly nature and most of all respect. He is so respectful of me as a model and always of any female models I duo with.

Quick turn around of a large number of images form a TF shoot and they are brilliant! Thanks Alastair!

Second shoot with Alistair and first solo shoot. Great experience, the conversation didn’t stop and the ideas followed. I don’t think I’ve ever done so many outfit changes..... After amassing almost 900 shots we were done. I truly cannot recommend Alistair highly enough, he is fabulous. Can wait to see the results and we will shoot again very soon! S x

Yesterday I had my fourth shoot with Alastair, and as before, it was a good shoot, with a lot of ideas and energy between Alastair, myself and Ladyk1, working on solo and duo ideas. Although due to circumstances, we didn't have time to carry out all of the ideas that we had, it was still a good shoot, and I look forward to seeing the photos from the shoot. I would recommend Alastair very highly as a photographer, and I would hope to work with him again.

I had my first shoot with Alestair this week and was so much fun!! :)

Communication was great. I went to the shoot with a friend and he made us feel welcome, he came to pick up us from the station to go to the beautiful studio.

We shoot for 3 full hours creating lots of images and the time flew.

I enjoyed all the way through, felt comfortable and relaxed.

He is friendly, professional and creative. Very good with the use of the light and knows how to create good pictures. He gave me ideas and directions during shoot and we had lots of fun.

Very fast in sending the pictures back and I am happy with the images :)

Highly recommended.

Looking forward to work together soon again!

After many months of trying to coordinate our diaries I finally shot with Alistair and without realising it was him who would be taking the photos. As part of a duo shoot. Alistair was great, was my first duo shoot. He made sure that I was the focal point of the pictures, stopping frequently to show Josh and myself the results.. Felt completely at ease and he guided and advised as he thought necessary. Shoot was over in what felt like a few minutes... I can’t wait to see the results and finally we have synced diaries! Highly recommended :-)

Alastair is a incredible photographer and real gent! I have shot with him 3 times and all have been a complete delight with stunning images as a result.

His knowledge of set ups, lighting, composition and working the camera is immense. He also has the best soundtracks playing during the shoot, always a bonus.

Alastair is a man who makes you feel comfortable and at ease. I was doing a b/g duo shoot and the model and I had agreed upon levels and were happy and comfortable, yet Alastair shown real class and respect asking if we were comfortable, ok to be in certain poses and suggesting that the female model guide my hands. This level of respect I truly admire as isn't always shown by some photographers.

His studio he works form has everything we needed, a place to change etc and was so accommodating. Alastair was happy to go with any ideas or anything that we wanted. I will 100% be working with him again!

The Attic Studio

Met Alastair for the first time today after booking our studio to work with a model. Arrived prompt with everything required.

We had a brief chat, set up the lighting and then they were off. Alastair did all his own lighting throught the shoot after I pointed where everything was kept.

Great photographer and appeared to have a good shoot.

I've done several shoots with Alistair and always finish them looking forward to the next one. This shoot was a duo shoot with Ben.M and Alastair had some great ideas for some of the shots he wanted to get. He also allowed us to try out some of our ideas. We got some really interesting shots and I'm looking forward to seeing the images.

Alastair is an excellent photographer, a lovely bloke and any model that works with him is guaranteed a really good and relaxed shoot. Very highly recommended.

Our third shoot was just as good as productive as our previous two. Working alongside LadyK1, Alastair produced some good images, and created a very creative working environment, directing us, but also letting the two of us come up with our own ideas. Although we didn't have time to work through all of the ideas we had, he managed to create a lot of interesting photos, and I look forward to seeing them when he has worked on them. The fact that I have worked with Alastair three times now speaks volumes about his photography, and how he is as a person. I would recommend him, and would gladly work with him again.

This was my second solo shoot without my regular photographer being present and my first time shooting with Alastair. The shoot was arranged a month ago and communication arranging it was superb. Alastair welcomed me into his studio straight away even though I was half an hour early and immediately made me feel at ease. After a cuppa and a chat we began to shoot and I was very impressed with the speed and fluidity with which he worked and the quality of the images he captured. His direction was clear and easy to follow and conversation flowed throughout the shoot. I learned a lot from talking to him and have many ideas to take away. I have no hesitation in recommending him. He is a professional and gentleman and his images speak for themselves. I look forward to hopefully working with him again.
