ive followed Akasha for a long time , and loved the way she connects with the camera , thats why i drove from stoke to her home , i was greeted with abit sheepish Akasha , which was understandable as we had never met, i soon put her at ease , she showed me around her beautiful home , we had a chat and a cuppa then akasha said we r goin shoot in a castle , it was excellent choice, got some really nice shots and to finish off did a few shots at her home [ the time flew ] hopefully i will work with her again in the not to distant future highly recommended . xxxxxxx

Akasha, in the nicest possible way, model-bombed a shoot of mine :) She had seen what a great job our MUA was doing on the model and asked for a little attention – then she stood in front of the camera and switched on – and I do mean “switched on!” Really looking forward to editing the images and to working with her again. As well as being a great model, Akasha is just plain nice to have around – easy-going, funny and a great conversationalist. :D

On a separate note, I am a long-time fan of her “Van Eyke” photography and am totally blown away by her editing skills!

Akasha & I somehow managed to convince Jon Sparkman to do a couple shoot with us at the December Gloucester Social ... And decided to do it just after Christmas. It turned out to be a great shoot... it started with a nice pub lunch (always a bonus thanks Jana) we started with some outside location shots in the cotswolds, and then we moved onto a hotel where we worked through some of the ideas we had prepared.

Akasha is a very experienced model and although she was recovering from from a serious dose of flu, was very on the ball, knowing what she wanted out of the shots and how to not only pose herself but to aid Jon & I in achieving the best results. She is very easy to work with, fun and confident while making those she's working with feel comfortable.

I would highly recommend Akasha :)

I had the pleasure of working alongside Akasha on Saturday, at a beautiful castle in Weston Super Mare.

What can i say,? Wow, Akasha, is a great and very experienced model, she's funny, creative, great comms, has an endless amount of poses and expressions. She was prepared with some pretty amazing ideas for the shots to be captured and we had a giggle or 3 during the shooting :-)

Akasha is a perfectionist too, always thinking of other ways to better the shot that's just been taken.

Akasha is highly recommended by me :-)

Well, I finally got the wonderful Akasha in front of my lens on a collaboration shoot, and what a laugh it was, a truly happy person, full of energy and high spirits, was an absolute pleasure to work with.

Not only did I come away with some cracking shots from the group-collaboration idea we did on the day (her idea, too!), but I also managed to get some cracking, powerful single shots of her afterwards in a mini-shoot. So pleased with the results, and loved working with this awesome woman.

Akasha roped me and Chris Cook into some shooting shenanigans at one of the Gloucester socials. We were to meet in Bristol, and all 3 of us would bring our cameras...

Well, turns out she had this fantastic idea; with each of us playing a different role, and 1 photographer shooting the other 2. We then each put together a montage of images to tell the story in 3 parts. Totally great fun and absolutely great results. Akasha's a bit of a star. You should really try to work with her.

Wow, what a lot of clothes Akasha brought! I've never seen so many in the boot of a car:)

I had the pleasure of working with Akasha recently. She is great fun to work with and we had a good laugh throughout the shoot. She was very receptive to my ideas and we shot a range of different ideas. She was extremely professional from start to finish, including great comms and the end result was an FPI!

I had the pleasure of working with Akasha in the ManCave today and a very enjoyable shoot it was. Akasha is thankfully one of those models with a real personality and intellect that helps the mood of a shoot develope and progress well. She has oodles of confidence, knows what she wants and is prepared and patient to work at it until we achieve the results. We had great fun shooting a variety of varied themed sets. Akasha has a tall slender natrurally toned figure that is easy to shape into pose. More than Happy to Recommend.

Akasha is a wonderfully creative model. I've shot with her now on two occasions and each time she pulled off some unique poses and is really motivated to create striking original images. She's a powerhouse of energy and buzzing with ideas so that the photographer can capture a whole series of great images in a just a short shoot time. As she says in her profile Akasha is down-to-earth and therefore very easy to get along with. Her communication and preparation are very good and she is very reliable.

To work with the amazing Akasha is always a life enhancing experience. We've worked before, and understand each other pretty well. On a shoot, we can get inside each other's minds, and in just seconds, we can develop poses that just hit the button.

But Akasha always brings something 'extra' to a shoot, and even now I am struggling to define it. I'm not sure if it is experience (of modelling, of life, of people) or just that wonderfully incisive instinct and intellect that she has.

Akasha will challenge you as a photographer. She will do this because she wants you to get the best out of a shot, and the moment she looks at the screen on the back of your camera, she will instintively react and adapt the pose to achieve perfection... equally, she will expect you, the photographer, to adapt your shot to match the perfection she is seeking.

I love working with Akasha, she enriches my life as a photographer and artist, and - if you get it right - she will enrich yours. Recommended? Well Ooooh Yes, totally and utterly, so just make sure that you can shoot at her level:)

We had the pleasure of working with Akasha at her home, she is very warm and welcoming. We had discussed a few ideas before hand and we managed to source the props between us, Akasha had a variety of clothing to work with that suited the styling of the shoot. Akasha took our ideas on board and had some of her own, she poses effortlessly as she knows what works. The shoot was fun, easy going, endless supply of coffee:)

Out of a blustery Weston sky Akasha breezed into the apartment that I had hired as accommodation / venue. Following a brief chat and cuppa, - she stormed through a succession of unprompted poses in the limited space available to help create a series of great images - some of which will shortly be available on this sight.

We had originally planned an external Fine Art Nude shoot - but the vagaries of the Somerset weather dictated other wise and Akasha quickly agreed to modify our plans to ensure that we achieved something positive in our time together. Our two hours flew by and I was left exhausted and looking forward to editing this shoot and forward to sufficient good weather to enable us to complete our scheduled, beach shoot.

Had the pleasure - nay, privilege - of an all-day shoot with Akasha on Sunday. She's bl**dy tremendous! She's creative, enthusiastic, energetic and hard-working. As Kestrel put it, she's overflowing with ideas - and she thinks outside the box - so her contribution to the shoot was immense. On top of all that she's a very lovely person - she's totally unpretentious, she has a sparkling personality and a wicked sense of humour. She was a sheer delight to work with in every respect. So not only was the shoot very productive but it was also hugely enjoyable. Recommended? Not 'arf!

A last minute change of plans (2nd model hurt back) lead to a complete change of the shoot concepts, Akasha took this all in her stride. A quick planning session the night before, a wonderful location and we were set for a full days shooting. Akasha has charm and personality in abundance with a wicked sense of humour it was not surprise we got on very well.

I have to say it may have been a 400 miles round trip but this has to have been one of my most enjoyable days shooting for a long time. We covered a wide range of topics in our time and all we executed professionally, I am excited by the images we made and look forward to processing them.

Akasha get my most highly recommended status and I look forward to a repeat performance in due course.

Akasha is a crazy, creative wonderful model who will try anything and everything to get a great shot. Full of ideas, a great understanding of creative opportunities, brimming with suggestions, an eye for the detail and fantastic fun to work with. I loved working with her and wholly recommend her.

I love working with creative people and Akasha is certainly that. Overflowing with ideas and happy to mix her ideas with mine to hopefully come up with images that neither of us had actually envisaged, which is always a bonus. Very easy to work with and get along with she's such fun and good at spotting locations that I'd not noticed before, even if they were just a thicket by a lake or a hole in the ground. They worked. Would I work with her again? Like a shot. Very highly recommended.

Haven't had this much fun in ages! Started out with my attempts at art nude, but ended up with something completely different! Bit of urban street nude, very naughty! This woman rocks!

This girl is completely bonkers, but great fun. She isn't very good with wasps, but she is a very good model. I had an huge amount of fun shooting with Akasha and would work with her again any time. She is very easy to talk to, has some great ideas ( some even better than mine !) and is just fun to work with. If you get the chance, book her!
