Purple is my ultimate favourite colour. Once for fun I was trying incorporate as much name of purple in one test :-) Read my "Open the Door to Purple in All its Tones"

Draw a deep breath and allow the aroma of lilac to tease you..

Run carefree through fields of lavender and feel the force of cyclamen and caress of violet..

Gaze into the deep wells of a water nymph's amethyst eyes and you will fall in love with purple...

When the wind moves the trees, dye your hair purple, dress in amaranthine shades and go to the far fields at sunset and dance. 

Listen to the wind in the grass and you will hear the sweep of purple dragons wings lifting you to an unseen Dreamland.

There, deep magenta mountains divide a perse and ambent sky, spreading to all horizons, encircling orchid clouds drifting near violaceous rainbows.

Below, mulberry mermaids perch on plum cushions, drinking pomegranate wine, letting their hair unfurl in the flowing heliotropic waters of a passing river.

A purple river, slipping into a lavender sea surging against rich hued royal cliffs to the cries of wheeling seagulls of melded azure and crimson. 

Here amongst the this benighted spectral world you forget your anxieties.

Your soul turns to violet crystal in which you carry the world tinted in purple forever, your heart a lighthouse calling to those with the amethyst spark within themselves, to journey to the enigmatic world of the purple.
