Another review please...

Rebecca Kay

By Rebecca Kay, 1713788239

So my portfolio is now more up to date. I have had a couple of shoots since returning to modeling, lingerie and fashion.

I probably need to alter my written part a little now.

Just wondering if some of the more experienced of you could cast an eye and tell me how things are looking?

Thanks in advance for your time,

Bec

I'm no expert but it seems pretty concise to me. Tells me all I need to know I think.

The two things that hit me are:

  1. The paragraph in big writing could do with toning back.  Maybe use headers more to group stuff?
  2. The bits about your previous modelling and about your size are spread across paragraphs 3 and 7.  Again, structuring it with headers might well help :)

Sensual Art thank you so much.

It's probably because I'm terrible at editing stuff on my phone. I will get on my laptop and have an edit.

Thank you so much. 😊

I think you should keep on shooting, maybe until late in the year and than ask for a review, at the moment in terms of new work it's two shoots. I am not sure exactly what you mean on the line 'I am not looking to shoot for the sake of shooting, I would love to create some great images with like minded photographers.' It's not overly specific and I question if these two new shoots are what you are referring to? and if they're greatly different from what we see on the site on a regular?

There are a number of duplicate or near identical images on show.

Whilst it's tempting to fill your portfolio I'd be inclined to remove a number of these and streamline it.

Noted and changed. I hadn't realised I had done that so really helpful. Thank you, appreciated.

Done some editing, that you for your help. The only reason I asked for a review is because all my images were 4+ years old. All the input here has been really helpful. TY :)

Edited, hopefully it looks/reads better now. Much easier to do on a laptop.

Your house sounds nice. Maybe create an album of photos of it for photographers to see what it’s like

Ah yes, that is a brilliant idea. I will do that when I have some time. And thank you.
