Depends on the quality of the image and if anyone else involved currently has a FPI as you can only have 1 per week or so and that includes photographers and MUAs involved. My first one took about 2 months my latest was in the FPI que within a few hours of being uploaded

I got one a week during my first 8 weeks on the site.  I've been on here just over a year and haven't managed to keep up that strike rate so either I'm getting worse, or every one else is getting better! ;)

There is a new model on here, she joined about 3 months ago.  Had an FPI within her 1st month.  But there again, she does have an exceptionally good look.

Some photographers on here seem to get an FPI on here every week.  But they work is of a very high quality.

A few professional models on here seem to get an FPI every week.  But there again they do a lot of shoots per week, and with professional photographers.

Lauren, seek out those photographers with the FPIs and a very distinctive style and approach them, asking if they would shoot you.

It took a year.. 

Quality, imagination and a sprinkle of luck.

Getting your profile seen is helpful. The more views you get the higher the chance of your work being selected. I average 5 views a day so my chances are pretty slim. The two I have are from the days with less members.

I have been on Purple port 5 months and I had a shoot 2 months ago, one of the images from said shoot received my first fpi,after month and a half of posting, as someone has said it really has no set time x

Seriously who cares?!

Been a member since the first few weeks and never had one. So the message is poor quality and no imagination Rupert. Result is I no longer pay a subscription and don't change my pictures very often.

ive never had one myself but i've only been on here about a month or just over, i just say have fun in doing what you do and if you get one thats great. and if you don't, don't be dishearted. :)
