Although she’s not specifically done spray painting for me, this woman can work miracles with body paint: Kirsty Cox Hair and MUA   I’m not sure if she would cover your area, and I noticed she hasn’t logged in here for a while. But I am in touch with her, and we have worked together recently, so feel free to DM me if this could be of interest.
