Myself and Chiara Elisabetta are looking to put together a BBQ with overnight camping. We have done this several times before with great success.
The location is in Mytchett Surrey at the Basingstoke Canal Centre. The date will be 14th September.

I moved North a year or so ago so it's jus a bit more of a trek but I would love to tag along if I can sort the logistics.

Yesss, the weekend of 14th - 15th September is in my diary although I'll probs turn up on the Friday.. can't wait! Always had a proper laugh at these events and always make a long weekend of it because it's absolutely stunning there. I can't promise I won't bring a load of fabrics and build a gigantic teepee from fallen branches to hoard all the alcohol like last time tho :P
For those who love BBQs but not so keen on camping, get out - no, ha, there are hotels nearby. A few people prefer to book a hotel, but the camping bit is wildly fun! The more the merrier hopefully.
I have managed to borrow the large BBQ we had before. Also ive been on the phone to the site to check they have plenty of spaces.
