I'm another one in the over-dressed, studio set camp.
Personally (and based on the image in the OP), I think it's too fussy to be used in its entirety, and any model would fit lost in the frame, so you would have to cut most of the background out .. and which point the expense becomes pointless.
That this place is where it is, is only relevant to the *viewer* if you are able to capture unique identifying features .. otherwise, this could be anywhere.
