Brands Boohoo, Pretty Little Things and Missguided have been in trouble with the ASA for a while now.
See https://medium.com/writing-in-the-media/is-online-clothing-advertising-too-sexualised-daad8783db09 back in Feb 2020.
These adverts are targetted at young women, who don't seem to be offended by them. They are targetted at the same demographic who watch Love Island.
Nothing wrong with Love Island, it is a very intellectual program posing important questions, such as 'if I cheat on my current boyfriend/girlfriend, can I get away with it?'.

A wave of puritanical authoritarianism envelopes the Western 'Democracies'. As Covid fades, offence-taking & virtue-signalling, become the more dangerous pandemics. Obedience, Conformity, & Safety are our new Holy Trinity. Anything can cause offence to the new gods. Therefore anything can be 'cancelled' at a moment's notice. The things that are cancelled don't have to make sense - they are random things, context irrelevant, a slightly too small orange thong, a comedian's joke, a professor saying of a taboo word in a lecture, a children's fiction writer's use of the word 'woman'. Anything & Everything. Now all non-compliant things, thoughts, people, are plucked-out & sucked into the offence-taking whirlwind, & blown to pieces.
Later it's calm. Now we walk in lockstep as the 'Handmaids', looking neither left nor right, quiet lest we betray our deviant thoughts. We are SAFE at last.

The Advertising Standards Authority (ASA) have rules about Sexualisation and Objectification of women .. see https://www.asa.org.uk/news/sexualised-imagery-in-fashion-ads.html
They seem to be particularly worried about 'fast fashion' brands.
However, the ASA seems to take a blind eye to haute couture brands like Dior which tend to use racy images to advertise their brands e.g.

Out there, in the real world, an advert like that could cost someone their job.
We live in our own world on here, and forget that many do not share our view.
Your second statement is indeed true - but thousands of adverts such as an M&S lingerie page would be NSFW on this site and could potentially get you into trouble in the workplace!

SteveDMc On a phone, it looks like a thong until you zoom in perhaps their screens are outdated too.

I'm offended by underwear but they take no notice me. Soon we'll all be locked up for including people in our photographs. The end is nigh!

A lot or workplaces have rules about websites you can access using company computers and WIFI and have firewall rules to automatically block sites which are known to be 18+. For that reason, I started using 4G on my phone to access sites like PP when at the office. The cost of 4G data is not that much these days, so it is not a problem. Many workplaces don't allow people to access social media like Facebook on work computers either.
I work from home these days so I don't have any issues using my personal computers/phone accessing anything and I don't have anyone looking over my shoulder while I work apart from my wife occasionally.
Swimwear is not NSFW on PP, but lingerie is. So these bikini bottom photos would not automatically be NSFW on PP.

They have been weaponised and are dragging Western civilisation into a new dark age.
