Why do you ask?
Because one of our USP's is a heated pool, and it's hot hot hot! Your model with love you for it, but maybe less so for the concrete floor in the studio, but shuu. I wouldn't advise shoot 4 hours straight in the pool mind, because as a photographer, the heat may be a little too much, so do take advantage of our other awesome USP's, of which there are many!
If you're not aware of us or need a refresher, we charge £20ph. That includes lighting. The lighting ranges from strobes, to continuous, to ambient (such as neons and lamps), and also there are various places with natural light possible too. You an even mix and match if the narrative demands it and you're fond of dragging the shutter or experimenting. £20ph cover all our locations, so you aren't just hiring the 'studio' as one area, and then an extra £20 for the pool as another area.. we consider the 'studio', well, the studio, but also the pool, hall, front room & boudoir too. On sunnier days, we'll let ya shoot outside too. To be fair, we will anyways, but your model definitely wont thank you for that one right now.

Hopefully that gives you a small idea of the locations and a few ideas of how you could light them. Of course, there are more nooks, angles, props, modifiers, gels, smoke machine, stools, chairs, ladders annddd stuff that you can do, and that's without taking you outside, or across the road to the beach.
There is pay and display parking right across the road, and there's a train station 15-20minutes walk way, or it's a couple of minutes in a taxi if you'd prefer.
I might even make you tea and coffee if you look after he gear and smile :)
