OK, it's a bit cliched, i've even done something similar in the past, but for this, i'd like something more narrative-driven.
I have the below outfit in black, size 8. 
I have a neon cross. Well, I have a lot of neon, but bought a cross for this idea, and maybe the heart could be used to.
Think debauched.
Smoking, drinking, seductive, lingerie, neon, red light, weapons, licking, teasing, cheeky, expressive... something out of an exploitation movie, or Robert Rodriguez meets Tarantino. Femme Fatale. American Mary.
As a result, obviously a strong emotive size 8 model will be required.
