Stunning 1840s home house for use during SCOTLAND Tour!

Hello everyone!

I am making my way to Scotland again soon for my Spring Tour and I am really looking to working with you all!

~The venue~

I have hired a lovingly restored former watermill dating back to the 1840s which provides the ultimate photographic hideaway!

It features river views from two verandahs. It is very secluded, has a private track and overlooks the beautiful River Avon. 

It has been restored with its original waterwheel to the front of the property and is very unique and quirky!

The sights and sounds of the river can be enjoyed over the rapids and can be enjoyed from the luxury of the private outdoor hot tub on the two verandahs; one of which can be accessed from one of the double bedrooms.

The river is home to trout and wild otters and if you enjoy peace and quiet, with only the sound of the river and local birds then this is the escape to dream about!

The home is based near the historic Linlithgow, with a very easy commute to; Edinburgh, Glasgow, Stirling and the surrounds.

~Facilities~

​ There are 2 double bedrooms, a modern Shower/bathroom and two verandahs.

Downstairs there is a lounge area and a kitchen with cooking and washing facilities.

There is a private hot tub and private grounds.

There is free parking on site and plenty of photography scope within the home, grounds, hot tub or woodland (public).

~Rates~

Rates here are £160 per 2 hours.

Rates are fully inclusive of modelling and Home rates working on a 1-1 basis (often the same price as hiring a studio!)

You will be the only photographer on the property during the booking  

(You are welcome to share the booking with another photographer at a small extra fee or to bring along a second model at no cost.)

I model Fashion to Art nude and will be driving to the property with a Extensive Wardrobe.

I can do Hair/Makeup to a high standard and travel with a full Makeup kit. (Most of the Makeup work in my portfolio is my own)

Full day bookings are offered at a discounted rate and are available upon request. 

I can provide lunch if needed also (at a small cost) or you are very welcome to use the kitchen facilities.

All levels of photography experience welcome!
