Your PurplePort account is registered to your email address. You can use either the nickname or email address on your PurplePort account to log in and reset your password

Logging into your PurplePort account

You can log in as normal if you know your password:

Passwords are case-sensitive

If you can't log in when entering your password, double-check you have used the right details, such as the correct email address (or nickname) and password. Passwords are case-sensitive, so password, PASSWORD and PaSsWorD are not the same. 

How to reset your password

If you don't know your password but have access to your email, then you can reset your password to log into your account:

  • Click here to reset your password
  • Enter your nickname (or email address)
  • Click Send verification email 
  • We'll send a link (which will expire after 24 hours and can only be used once) to your email so you can reset your password

What can I do if I can't remember my login details?

If you don't know your password and don't have access to (or know) your email, please contact us by creating a support ticket, and we can help you. 

What can I do if I don't receive the password reset email?

Many thousands of emails are sent from PurplePort daily, and it's unlikely that your email isn't being sent. Usually, it's instant, but give it a few minutes to be sure.

If you haven't received the email after a few minutes, add PurplePort to your Safe Sender or Whitelist (using the domain/email purpleport.com and/or donotreply@purpleport.com) and then reset your password again. Do check your spam/junk folder in case the email is in there (move it to your inbox if it is).

Can I log in if I can't remember my email address? 

Yes. You can use your nickname to log in if you can't remember your email address.

Can I reset my password if I can't remember my email address?

While you can use your nickname to reset your password, you must be able to access your email so we can send you a link to reset your password. If you can't access your email, please contact us by creating a support ticket so we can help you. 

I've tried resetting my password, but my new password isn't working.

Clear your web browser's cookies/cache, and then reset your password again. If this doesn't work, create a support ticket to contact our team, and we will help you.
