Adding PurplePort emails to your Safe Senders list

As an active member of the PurplePort community you will receive emails from us about your account. If you wish to stay connected with your followers, castings and events in your area or activity on your account, these emails will be important to you.
We have found however, that despite our best efforts to resolve the issue, some email platforms such as Hotmail, Live, Outlook and AOL, will sometimes block or delay emails they identify as spam, even from a legitimate source such as PurplePort. Because of this, we recommend all members add PurplePort to your "Safe Senders" list, so that you don't miss out on these important emails.
Adding us to your “Safe Senders” list also ensures that, should you forget your password and need to reset it, you will receive the password reset email in your inbox instead of it being diverted to the incorrect folder or worse yet not arriving at all. Below are links with steps to follow for the most common email platforms.
The domain or email you need to use is purpleport.com and/or email@example.com.
Getting too many emails from PurplePort?
If you receive too many emails from PurplePort then you can switch off the ones you no longer wish to receive here. This can be found on the purple cog top right, manage account, Email notifications. It's also linked at the bottom of every email we send to you.
