This is just awful, I can't believe this has happened to you! It doesn't matter what you ticked, stop still means stop and he assaulted you. Clearly this had nothing to do with art, just him taking massive advantage. It would certainly be appropriate to involve the police.

You poor girl.

You must tell the police... Even if they say you ticked boxes etc and do nothing . INSIST they keep a record on the file, if they get any other reports of such behaviour they will then start to be serious about it... get the ball rolling.. I know it will be difficult.

I had the same experience with the same guy!... And I'm pretty sure it was filmed without my permission too!...

This guy isn't far from me, but I wasn't aware of him before reading about this.

Its absolutely shocking behaviour, but WHY did you go to shoot this style of work with a photographer who shows NO signs of this sort of work on his portfolio, has no references since 2011 and whose one model image clearly shows he is a bit of a GWC.

I don't wish this sort of abuse on anybody, but christ, did you not ask yourself any questions before you went to shoot with him?

I have a photographer friend in Malvern, am going to see if he knows of this guys whereabouts for you.

You do have Arabella to support your statement to the Police

Clear case of assault- report him. As someone said if they nothing else the police turning up to have a chat might save someone else from him. You might not be the only one and the police might just desperate for more women to come forward.

We can have a discussion about precautions another time so don't broaden this too all bondage photographers, this is just one sick m*therf**k*r.

I don't understand why do models do bondage work with strangers as it's very risky and you don't know how sick people you can meet in life. I really feel bad for you but I hope this will be a lesson. Not all paid work is worth it.

Best wishes,

Misha ;)

Indeed stop does mean stop. The problem is proving it was said well enough to satisfy the law. If he did happen to have filmed it then the police may be able to find the video and use that.

He seemed very friendly over message. Saying he was worried about me shooting too long a time with all the travel also, and just the whole way he came across he seemed very nice and caring, messaging me when he saw I got let down for a shoot the day before our one and was looking for a replacement, he even texted me this morning about bloody jaffa cakes! I did think it was odd he didn't have references that were recent but from what he said he didn't shoot too many girls to this style but the ones he did he would get in a few times as he said he shot for a site in Japan and they okay certain girls to shoot a number of times for very decent money, I thought maybe these girls didn't want to publicise they shot bondage and were keeping it quiet as it was for a private Japanese site and not going to be plastered everywhere.

I feel very foolish for not questioning it more or looking future into it, but I have shot with a large number of amazing commercial photographers and even had them fly me out to different countries they are visiting to shoot me for fun and pay me, but they don't want some kitchen or bath company knowing about it so they don't want me putting their name to it, kinda like how his profile is aimed mostly at motor racing, I thought maybe he doesn't want everyone knowing he shoots bondage!!

Do you have an email from him? If so, get his IP address off of the email and then do a reverse search for his IP address and it will tell you his location. I can help you with this if you want.

I would leave the detective work to the Police. Well meaning but amateur interference can have adverse and unintended legal consequences and complications if they do proceed with this.

Just present the police with copies of emails and do not delete them from your computer.

Besides if he has a dynamic IP, such as BT users have, the only people able to get an accurate location for him will be his internet service provider. The Police will sort that out.

So sorry to hear that you went through that.

I'm certainly not an expert in this, but for what it's worth I'm fairly sure it's not possible to consent to anything illegal (assault, battery, etc). The fact that boxes were ticked before hand doesn't count for anything at all - so don't let the 'consent' form put you off going to the police.

Reading your post, OP, it sounds like a fecking close escape. I think you, and other models who've worked with this person need to
a) Spread the word within your community.
b) Think about reporting him to the police. They truly sound like a sadist, and could just go one step too far at any point.

Lili Thorpe said, 1461704256

I'm so sorry yo were put through such pain, if you I would talk to the police. It may seem a bit drastic but he did things against your will and assulted you.

He should be put right on what things he can not do as in my opinion it was close to torture

F**k that.. That's assault plain and simple. Hope I read right elsewhere that the police are now involved
