Horror stories seem to come far too easilly with bondage shoots these days, generally people who are inexperienced tying people - but by the sound of it this guy is experienced and just tying poorly deliberately :-(

I KNEW someone else would come forward I knew I must not be the only one!! He acted as if I was being silly for getting upset :( 

I read the whole post, I am so sorry you went through this, both of you. It's truly disgusting. From what I can gleam I would say he is a sadist and he enjoys dehumanising women and their suffering. This is not photography and he should not be permitted to pass himself off as a photographer, it's a con and a way to trick women into his home. 

His gagging you the way he did without checking your safety is very dangerous and I am sure if you dig around other fetisheists who dabble in breath play you will find he is blacklisted there too. 

That was a hard read. I hope you're ok Jada!! Hopefully whatever you do will result in this guys arrest for assault because that certainly didn't sound like a shoot.

I am sorry that you have been through this experience. I know that you need to come to the decision about what to do by yourself, but don't be intimidated by the idea of him telling you not to be silly, and the fact that you have signed some forms. Apart from anything else, you will feel SO MUCH BETTER about things if you know that you have done everything within your power to stop this happening again. The fact that you mentioned it on this site is demonstrative of that...

No means no - it's as simple as that. If he went beyond that, it's assault. If he filmed it, or even if you suspect that he did, it's possible that is enough to justify a search of his computers.

I am not going to tell you what to do, instead I will ask you would have thought differently about agreeing if you had read a similar post to this beforehand? This isn't blaming anyone who has been through it - it's just asking whether it would have changed your mind. This thread alone has probably kept other models from making the decision, and for that I applaud you.

But do also recognise that it is a very traumatic experience that not everyone would want to admit to. I have helped many victims of similar abuse in my "day" job, and they often worried that their silence made them responsible for the next victim. IT DOES NOT! The abuser alone is responsible!

Your experience is horrifying to hear about, and you have probably already helped many, but it is up to you. You've had enough decisions made for you today it seems - make this a choice that makes YOU feel comfortable.

This is truly shocking. This has nothing to do with photography, it is sadism. You could have been severely injured or worse. This is a police matter and should be reported immediately. 

Can you get a fellow model book with him then make sure she goes with someone or yourself all with no intention of shooting but just to get the address and also confront him, or at least to get the address to take to the police. This is a serious assault and please don't think that just because you ticked a box you consented to being abused in that way. This sick psycho could possibly get worse and seriously harm physically aswell as mentally. I am sure you are not the first and you won't be the last. Other models are likely not to have shared the experience.

Can you not find out on his portfolio calender who he has booked to pre warn the other models. This is for his own twisted pleasure and is sick. No way of stopping him as he can advertise anywhere but certainly warn models on sites he's known on.

And please anyone going for any shoot especially if not at a known studio, just tell a friend the address or location and check in and out with them.

The vast majority of models and togs are great but some genres shot are more charged than others and we need to be as safe and responsible as possible.

Commendable for posting this , raising awareness is always beneficial.

Its your decision what to do but from what you have described picking up the courage to call the police would seem wise , I know this can seem hard but I am sure you will find them understanding.

In terms of the signing of the tick box form e.t.c. it will carry no weight the UK law does not allow an adult to consent to assault in these circumstances. It only allows for things like tattooing , piercing and medical procedures e.t.c. The law specifically protects in these circumstances for this very reason.

Obviously if you were to contact the police sooner the better , with regards to any injuries and whilst events are fresh in your mind.

Just thinking, I am sure this constitutes as reckless endangerment as well as physical and emotional abuse. 

Please go to the police - they will demand access to the sites records on this guy...

another model to chat to is PemNy Dreadful. She hasn't worked with this guy but she has tons of experience in criminal law and did see a dodgy photographer in to prison for having a hidden camera in a changing room

this is a serious case of sexual assault and physical and emotional abuse do not let anyone on here say otherwise if this freak did not listen to you and went above your levels whether you signed a release form or not is of no importance he has assaulted you ,please go to the police its only fair to yourself to have this matter dealt with and to be able to come to terms with what has happened .

Jesus Christ Jade, absolutely report this to the police. You poor love, I can't even imagine what you've been through.

I'm so sorry this happened to you, there's definite grounds for getting the law involved.
