Lots will join, in time, the latest thing is a draw, but for me, as long as PP carries on as it is, I see no point in having another site to have to deal with, after all, anyone worth knowing is on here, along with a few not worth knowing :)
And a likely haven for those turfed off here, or simply had their forum posting privileges revoked too.
Wonder how active the site owners will be there to step in?

I joined really just to 'claim' the same User Name...doesn't look great and I agree it seems a bit pointless - certainly not in favour of the Drag & Drop for images as it (clearly) allows one person to upload zillions at one time and spam the new images section.

Not really, one image at a time would take ages to upload (its one at a time on here), other images would be put up by other people during the same time and that would break up the monotony to a degree...
