Important to know: While photography is a passion of mine, it's not my full-time job. My primary career requires frequent travel, often with little advance notice about my availability. What works for me: "Hey, I'm in Rome and had a cancellation. I'm free tomorrow morning—want to shoot?" What doesn't work for me (sorry!): "I'll be in your city in two months. Can we plan something?"
