Welcome to WN1 Studios, a brand new studio located in Wigan town centre.

We have been actually operating since 2015 however we have now moved to much larger premises across a massive 3 storeys.

Studios available:-

Natural light studio

Main studio

Dark room

Boudoir room 

We also have an ornate staircase which provides excellent picture opportunities.

Our Studio Entrance is off King Street just around the corner from both Wigan Wallgate and Wigan Western train station. Both stations are 0.1 mile away which makes us ideally located.

Available for Private hire & we continue to have regular group shoots, club nights and studio days.

No model? No problem. We have a choice of resident models available. Please message for more details.

We can also provide studio assistance during your shoot if required.

Tea, coffee and plenty of biscuits will be always available.

All studios are heated and we have a separate changing area for models, as well as a kitchen, toilet facilities and an outdoor shooting area.

We hold weekly Thursday night Group Shoots from 7pm till 10pm priced at £13 per [url removed]hly Art Nude evening - last Tuesday of the month 7pm till 10pm priced at £20 per person

Please note when hiring our studio we like to make people aware that sometimes our caretaker opens up. Therefore when hiring please be aware that you are there to hire the building and equipment and we trust that you are able to use it yourself with little help.

If this is an issue then we can provide lighting assistance but only on occasions booked in advance and to be agreed by us.

All Studio's are available to rent -  From £15 per hour

Models - if you approach us asking if you can host a studio day or similar then you must be prepared to help advertise it! If we do get a lack of interest for your event then we will have no choice but to cancel it. The studio cannot be held responsible for this! We will always advise you beforehand with as much notice as possible (but not too early incase of late bookings) that your event will need to be cancelled as the studio will not function at a loss!

This is also the same for group nights. We will try and fill photographer places as best we can. However there are occasions when models just dont sell and therefore we may have to cancel, as there isnt much point in running a group event when there arent enough photographers to cover the models fee. Once again we will never run at a loss.

MODELS WE WILL NOT BE GOING AHEAD WITH A BOOKING IF...

It is NOT confirmed in the purpleport calendar and if you take days to respond to messages - sorry but if we ask you for a shoot don't expect that shoot offer to still stand days later. We will have booked a model in your place.
