Visited Wendy Jayne on the first day, of our annual end of calender year shoot.

Wendy was her warm, welcoming and chatty self, was at ease, put others at ease.

We worked both ends, and the middle, of the lounge, natural and available light.

Portrait, Full-Length, Abstracts: off centre images, furniture, walls, windows.

Worked the various new outfits she acquired, for the first of the two day event.

Outfits differed, as did the person wearing such or she did in relation to such.

Both know have learned what works, what does not, tried others in place of such.

Gave the cameras settings a work out, in regards tones, images, exposures, etc.

Outfits contrasted, worked with the background, covers, used on furniture etc.

Re-did things done before, tried new poses, furniture, walls, floors, etc.

With the dining table gone, some space has been opened, viewing angles changed.

What we did not do that day, we did the following day: photos, outfits, poses.

I had my monthly shoot with my special friend Wendy Jayne and it was a fantastic shoot once again and we got some fabulous pictures and as always Wendy Jayne gave 120% and I just love ❤️ working with my special friend

Plus we both have our own ideas for our shoot and talk to each other about what we are going to do

And I am looking forward to our next shoot which will be our Christmas shoot if you have never done a shoot with Wendy Jayne then it’s time you did because you will enjoy every second of your shoot

Met up with Wendy Jayne at her studio for our regular three hour photo session.

When I arrived Wendy, was dressed in a stylish outfit, showed slim, tall figure

Worked well in the sess, furniture, fabrics, floor, some 'floor work' was done.

Did some full length angled, portrait shots of her, in the outfit, hair flowing.

Used a upstairs room I had not been in before, various colours, items, mirror.

Change outfit from one to another, showed another Wendy, a retro beach outfit.

Showed up her tan, hair colouring, and a lot of leg, in platform style shoes.

Worked well on its own, portrait, full length, in relation to furniture, light.

Change again to a dress casual: 'Street Wend', lightweight top, denims, worked.

As I said in earlier refs, Wendy and I are, on arrival: in the flow.

Last Saturday, after a eventful drive up, weather, traffic, on going road works.

I had an enjoyable three hour 'home' photo session, with the lovely Wendy Jayne.

Where we tried out a number of previously tried, new poses, viewing angles, etc. Changes of attire in regard furniture, experiments, lighting, camera settings.

I have worked with Wendy in other rooms at her place, did not need to this time.

As we say, know, when we start doing such we 'go with the flow' various results.

Applies to my landscape: coastal, marine, high ground, industrial photography.

It is a long existent practice of, originating from working with others models.

To show the photo model the image I have taken, by way of image view on back.

Get their response to the image, get another when I post it on Purpleport later.

Some images surprised Wendy, showed the outfit she wore, pose, etc 'worked'.

That by what she wore, where she stood, sat, was viewed from, she 'changed'.

Also a few appeared not to need any post-, but did get some that improved them. Some of them were experiment possible 'mirror' those both of us knew on sight.

Began the session with Wendy in 'lounging' mode, what she was wearing on arrival, on chaise, look out the window.

Ambient light portraits, Glam up with a long gown, white wrap, went to red for some 'partial red' images and outdoor images, worked the stairs and corner. Talked about previous sessions, reworked poses. Wendy is chatty as ever.

Did second three-hour photo session of a 'two-day' photo event with Wendy Jayne.

Wendy Jayne was welcoming as she always is, had good interaction: talk, listen.

Began working with what Wendy Jayne was wearing at the time a 'lounging' outfit

Working near the Christmas tree in the lounge, her sat in the chair next to it.

Moved to lounge couch, there was a dark grey, white patch patterned throw on it.

Which using ambient light came up good in B & W images of her sat, lain on such.

Tested a number of image settings in the cameras 'creative styles' folder.

To see how such would work or not, in relation to the location, the model.

Did some work by the dining table, walls, high occasional table, a 'candle'.

Most work in the lounge, plenty to work with, Wendy was a joy to work with too.

Did portrait, fashion, formal and informal images.

Did a few experiments.

Wendy is a sociable person, listens, suggests, enjoys.

Saw things differently.

Three hour 'photo glam' photo session with Wendy Jayne at her 'home' studio.

Wendy Jayne modelling various smart, casual wear outfits, hair styles, etc.

Trying out few of Wendy's collection of 'travel' destination t-shirts.

Those I have given her over the years from my trips abroad, USA, Europe.

Working with ambient light, the light in the rooms and from the outside.

Using the various items in the lounge, couch, bar, corner table set, drapes.

The upstairs bedroom, Wendy sitting, lying on the bed in various directions.

Just had the second of the two annual 'end of calendar' year photo sessions,

with the warm, friendly and professional Wendy Jayne of Cannock as I call her.

The general theme in relation to the time of year, season was 'Christmas'.

Use of Christmas decorations, items and clothes associated with Christmas.

A warm Red housecoat, Christmas theme pattern on white background jumper.

Clothes one feels comfortable around the house in, sat in, on the furniture.

Use of indoor light, and external light where available, weather depending.

I have known, worked with Wendy in, at various studios, venues, locations, since mid-2000's, being almost 2020 that's a long time, the flow still goes.

Saturday 13th April 2019, did the latest of 'house' photo studio photo sessions, with Wendy Jayne, at Skylark Studios, Lower Gornal, Dudley, West Midlands.

We have worked together over a number of years at various photo studios, venues.

As with previous ones in studios, venues, as soon as we arrived, we got into it.

Working in various rooms, on second, third floor of this 'house' photo studio.

Using ambient light from outside, shading of the walls, various camera settings.

Trying out ones found before, others not used, but found e.g. posterization?

Add those that are 'hers' a setting she likes, shows off her best?

Wendy was soon in flow light, bright, friendly, talkative, respond, suggesting.

Showing various sides to her, in relation to outfits worn, rooms, places used.

Had 'double helping'of Wendy Jayne two photo sessions with her over the weekend.

One three hour photo session on Saturday one three hour photo session on Sunday.

A 'regular' event for us, finish the year on a 'double' than 'single' session.

At both Wendy Jayne showed how professional she is, and why she is so popular.

She really gets into what can be done at a studio, venue, responds to, suggests.

Warrm, friendly cheeky, part of her person, knows when a 'Wendy' has been taken?

A photo that captures the person she is, in relation to the scene, outfits.

Soon finds what camera setting works, and makes it 'favourite'get good results.

Never known a photo session with her that did not feel right, results proved it?

Had no problems with her getting to, being at a venue on time?
