Hi everyone Thanks for taking a peek at my portfolio. I have been a professional make up artist since 1998, working mostly for one music video producer in the UK and USA and a selection of professional photographers. I took a break for a few years and I'm now back in business again. I was the UK make up artist for an Italian make up company for three years designing and creating seasonal looks for catwalk and studio images for their promotional material and now I'm freelance again. I teach my own make up artistry courses, all fully accredited by professional bodies at my academy at The Retreat, and also private one to one lessons, I specialise in teaching models how to do their own make up and care for their skin. I also run special free of charge make up training days at a local cancer support centre for ladies undergoing chemotherapy, putting my skills to really good use. I work mostly from The Retreat, our location in Staffordshire but can easily travel and I teach all across the UK. I specialise in natural beauty, everyday wearable looks and soft, sophisticated glamour although I'm happy to create most looks, love getting creative and really like to listen to my models and what they would love. I also have a habit of baking for shoots, in some circles I'm known as the muffin MUA!
