Watching the film ''Good Luck to You, Leo Grande'' by director Sophie Hyde, I once again admired Emma Thompson's performance...

I met her in Cannes in 1992 at the height of her glory she had acted as an actress with the colorful movie ''Howards End'' by the director James Ivory where she was awarded with BAFTA Award and the Academy Award for Best Actress.

I photographed her on a hotel roof in Cannes. She was waiting for me...very friendly and extremely simple. She was wearing black glasses and at one point she said to me "wait until I take off the sunglasses, I have nice eyes you know!"
