Van contacted me on PP requesting my agreement to work on a photo that I have on my portfolio.

This was a first for me and I contacted the models who agreed.

I am so glad we all agreed to go ahead - the result was absolutely amazing. All three of us loved it.

All communications with Van were perfect, and he took on board our requests - even the time difference didn’t seem to be a problem.

I really love the result and feel great to be a part of it. The work Van did is superb and nothing like I already have. Totally original and something to be proud of. It is on van’s portfolio.

Van is a lovely character to work with, very kind and a great conversationalist, and he did a fantastic painting of me just because he wanted to! Such a lovely guy, I'd recommend him to all models - thanks again Van!

This mad, charismatic and intriguing gentleman is a highly talented and creative man! We've never met, and only exchanged messages on here - as we're a million miles apart... But he's worked on a picture of me, and I adore it! :) I'm hoping Van will be working with me in a long distance sort of way again, as I'm a huge fan of his work! It's breath takingly beautiful!! Not only that, but he writes such lovely, well-written messages. This guy is a real gem! Thank you ever so much!! :)

Van's work instantly stood out for me and after stalking his portfolio I commissioned a portrait from him immediately. Basically, I saw his work and fell in love. His style in digital art is beautiful and breathtaking. The piece he did for me knocked me off my feet, it was utterly perfect and visually arresting. His fee was very reasonable and a charming sense of humour is always noticable in his communications. I'm now a huge fan of this talented artist and am already thinking about another commission. Thanks for a great piece of work Van.

I was fortunate enough to collaborate with the lovely Mr Van after he expressed an interest in my work.

Sadly due to the Atlantic separating the two of us, a posed painting session was always going to be unlikely at best but after emailing back and forth a little, Van very kindly offered to turn me into one of his beautiful paintings using a reference image that I had previous copyright to!

Mr Van is an incredibly talented, modest gentleman and I'm absolutely over the moon with the finished painting! His communication was absolutely brilliant and I was fully aware and informed of the processes throughout. He also had a fantastic sense of humour and even over email had me laughing out loud more than once! The finished painting was completed and emailed back to me within three days of sending him the reference image - just three days!!

It's a shame that I'll likely not meet this fabulously creative, funny gentleman anytime soon but I feel very privileged indeed to have become one of his breathtaking works and would recommend working with him to any other models out there thinking of entering a medium outside of photography!
