References for Valhalla

This is my second time working with Josie and I can't give her enough praise. Apart from being a close friend of mine who introduced me to purple port, I've had the pleasure of watching her on two completely opposite shoots and she's the most hard working, professional and warm person to work with. Although she has lots of experience she's an absolute natural and will give 110% to ANY shoot she is involved in. Been amazing to work with her and would love to collaborate again.

Valhalla. She's the Queen of my world, apparently. Well, she keeps telling me. Another day, another josieshoot, another mixture of awesome, fun, insulting, witty, random banter. Even took some photos this time. And boy, what photos. I know I've left other refs for her about how cool she is, but.. she is. She likes to tell me that she is "one"of my faves, and she's only slightly wrong in that :) Thanks again, there will be more.

Valhalla is the kind of model who could make a dull, old, creased, off-white, oversized t-shirt look sexy, with just a single look.

I should know, because that was only the start of our most recent photoshoot.

So imagine the sizzle crank into overdrive with every pose, with every tousle of her hair, with eyes that burn deep into your soul, pulling you ever deeper into a glorious creativity-fest.

If I were you, I'd book Valhalla immediately -- but don't constrain her to any restrictions of light, shadow, and composition, because you'll miss the best part of her modelling awesomeness, which simply delivers beautiful image after beautiful image.

I, for one, will definitely be working with her again and again ...

Valhalla is a great and fun model to work with. Communication before the photoshoot was great. On the day of the shoot, she was energetic and confident in front of the camera. She can pose with little instructions and when directed, she understood quickly what I was after and adjusted the poses accordingly. I look forward to working with her again.

After dieing in glorious combat, I was taken by two valkyries on glowing wings to the realm of Valhalla, where mighty heroes drink, dine and sing tributes to their brothers and celebrate their greatest victories, and what a celebration it was! Or... well, Josie came round for a shoot (doesn't sound quite as impressive tho) and an "interesting" evening was had by all. I'd happily recommend her to anyone, from her looks to her calm in the face of adverse happens :) Hey, this reference is going to confuse future generations if you change your name... But, anyway, thanks for coming over, a real pleasure to work with, definetly on my want to work with (again) list.

Been chatting with Vahalla for a while and decided to shoot some simple street fashion and a few autumnal shots, lovely person, interesting, intelligent and very professional, she came well prepared and beautifully presented. Highly recommended she has so much more to offer and a second shoot will certainly be on the cards, thank you for a great time and company :)

A third successful shoot with Valhalla :)

As always a pleasure to work with, this time moving indoors to work on portraits and a little bit of lingerie (not my strong point lol) Posing was as always varied and needing little direction.

I had small portrait workshop and Valhalla saved it :)

Our booked model canceled it in less then 24 hours.

I contacted Valhalla and we arranged shoot very quickly.

And this was very successful day.

She is very good, hard working model, full of ideas and very helpful for not experienced photographers on our workshop.

My 2nd shoot with Valhalla, I think we have both improved since our last meeting. The posing was on point and fluid.. I did little in the way of directing simply because there was no need! We had a studio shoot, followed a venture in to the local woods.

Valhalla is not scared of climbing trees and striding into a lake, all in the pursuit of the best achievable picture. Needless to say it was a laugh a minute.. I think greeting her with a Soya Latte certainly softened the journey she'd had, and we ploughed through a successful day.

I look forward to the next one :)... yes they'll be one.. eventually!

Had a shoot today and J was a super star. A very cold day getting soaked and freezing but she carried on like a pro. Pre comms were great and very easy to arrange a shoot. There was never any doubt that that I wouldnt get what I needed, you just need to look at her other references. If you are looking for someone super friendly, super professional and knows what they are doing, I would very highly recommend getting in contact.

I was really lucky that Valhalla spotted an urgent casting I put out midweek - I needed to test some lighting setups that were a bit new to me and had been let down by a no-show - but things couldn't have worked out better - I have no idea why she had not been on my radar before - she certainly is now - takes such a positive attitude towards the shoot, is quick changing outfits and keen to get on to the next take - which was just as well because I was using a style of lighting I had little direct experience with so it was essential I had someone who could be both patient during the inevitable tweaking of light strengths and angles but could also be ready to perform as soon as the adjustments were done - and boy can she perform - let's put it simply: she great!

I had a fantastic location shoot with Valhalla this morning where we explored the local area developing a few ideas that have been in my mind for a while. She is a great person to work, quick witted, engaging and adding much to the creativitive process. I am very pleased with the results of our shoot and really look forward to working with her again.

Had my second shoot with Valhalla today. I think the fairest thing to say about it is that it was just bloody brillilant.

Everything is met with enthusiasm and positivity. Washed down with a wonderfully witty sarcasm.

As expected she was a delight to work with and I'm pretty sure I'll be making my way down the M23 again soon.

Has my second shoot with 'Val' today, and it was probably even better than the first one :)

We shot in her slightly chaotic flat, getting through a few different ideas, and just like the last time she was fun, chatty, posed without much direction, and was very bendy :)

Definitely recommended - and hope we work together again soon

I had a fabulous fun shoot with joey, Very relaxed but threw herself into the shoot, creating some fabulous poses, shapes and expressions. The time flew by, with her quick humour and really positive attitude and input to the shoot.

Would I recommend? Of course and hope to arrange another shoot in the not too distant future.

Had a very enjoyable shoot with Joey the other day. Much fun to shoot with and a talented model. She was very expressive in her work and has a very easy-going nature. We laughed. A lot. But it was a very productive shoot too. I'm really pleased with the images and really impressed by the way she got into role and just flowed with ideas (and weird shapes). So much more to come from this model, recommended much!

This was my first shoot with anyone from PurplePort. Joey was very easy to work with, very calm and helpful (especially as I'd not been exachptly clear about what I wanted to do) and she had some great ideas which worked out well. We tried a couple of locations and I was very happy with the results. The main thing for me was building up a rapport and Joey superb at this and made the shoot even more enjoyable.

This was my second shoot with Joey, and the quality of modelling whilst good before has increased considerably, on this occasion we shot some basic fashion before moving onto some more arty shots.

Joey seems to understand what is needed for the shot to work and moves before needing to be asked.

The evening was very enjoyable with a good range of images to choose from.

All in all a very successful shoot and I hope we get the chance to shoot together again soon.

I had my first shoot with valhalla this evening, what an amazing young model, so passionate about her work, a reall pleasure to work with, great ideas and images, we had fun and chated throughout the shoot and the time flew by. i really highly recomend all to work with valhalla, i know i will again in the future as often as i can.

Joey came over today for a bit of a shoot with no real plan between us (nothing new for me, then) and it was awesome to meet her, she's a lovely girl (can't believe I used the word lovely, but it fits). Comms were great, she brought some nice gear with her and she has a cool attitude and is easy to be around and work with. Aweasomejoeysauce!
