The session was planned way in advance. We had a great video call where all questions from both sides were clarified and we started brainstorming for the set.

Communication with Ugo was transparent. He made me feel comfortable from the first message. What caught my interest in working together was his sense of aesthetics and understanding of art. We connected easily, which made it easy for me to convey emotions. Because this is, what it all is about in Ugo's work. Ideas just flowed. I appreciated being on eye level and being part of this creative process.

Ugo isn't just an amazing professional photographer, he's also a great person. So if you're keen on an extraordinary experience, he's the person to go to.

Speaking with Ugo earlier in the year and following his work over the social media channels, I have been lucky enough to work with his creative mind and vision. Connection is key and Ugo makes you feel like you are a very important part of his vision.

To be spoilt for choice with all the prints, it has been lovely to have some to bring home with me.

Hopefully there will be another opportunity in the warmer climate in the future.

Ugo approached me for a potential shoot in his home town of Como and I was very flattered to be asked. His work is powerful and sensual and I knew this would be a good challenge for me but the creative process excited me. Our video call gave me a very good idea of Ugo personally and his very bespoke way of working which made my decision very easy. The approach is pure art not a superficial pretty shoot in a nice location and if you are a model that has their own “tried and tested” style this isn’t for you. Ugo seeks to capture your beauty both physically and emotionally so you have to be open.

I felt very looked after and safe….the location is of course incredible and the sun shone for our shoot so conditions were perfect. That aside the whole experience was a beautiful collaboration, a sharing of ideas and building strong communications. I feel a little part of me has been left in Como so I will return as this is just the first chapter.

I have wonderful prints to cherish and memories that are powerfully stained on me. Photography is so many things and this collaboration has taken my work to a whole new level .

We had a two and a half hour workshop together. Ugo is an amazing artist and a great tutor. He gives you confidence, his criticism if any is very constructive. I enjoyed every second of it, learned a lot about photography and myself, experienced his own workflow. I can only recommend him to anyone who is interested in Art Nude, or any type of photography especially Mono. We will work more together in the future I am sure

I had a lovely shoot in Como, Italy with Ugo. He is definitely very dedicated. He discussed and planned all factors ahead of time, such as trains from the airport to the city, location scouting, outfit preferences, a list of things I should bring in case weather is bad etc. He ensured Im comfortable during my stay. I was impressed by his effort. And thanks to him everything went so smoothly.

On the day of the shoot, Ugo is a creative power house. He keeps bouncing off ideas everywhere we go. Keeps me energised and stimulated to be honest. He creates a safe space for you to challenge your own limits. Thanks to Ugo, we ended up with a batch of amazing images with a great variety of poses and backgrounds.

Communications went smoothly. Ugo is always quick to respond and regularly gives me updates. I'm very happy with the final edits I received in printed form. (I’m super excited about this 🤩☺️) I'm definitely eager to do an another shoot with him very soon.
