I got into photography in a big way in the 1980's and even taught photography. Then I discovered something called 'work' which rather got in the way of my hobby but I have recently re-entered the photographic world, in this wonderful digital age and am making up for lost time.

I always like to align my expectations of a shoot with those of the model from the word 'go', making sure that we both agree what 'success' looks like. I love working with positive people and welcome all artistic input. This is after all teamwork. To me, good conversational skills, a sparkling sense of humour and a digital radio in the studio are as much a part of the formula for success as correct light metering and focus. If a hint of the model's personality isn't discernable from the finished photograph, then it fails.
