After Guy Bourdin.
Bourdin created a series of colourful and sometimes surreal images for adverts in French Vogue magazine in the sixties and seventies. He worked extensively with Charles Jourdan to promote shoes.
It was lucky that the studio floor is so shiny, as I was able to use the reflections to make this composite slightly more convincing. How Bourdin did it, probably with a film camera, I have no idea.
