Tom Mean

Hi all, 
I'm Tom, I'm a hobbyist/ professional photographer, currently studying for a higher degree in photography. 
I love creating exciting images and trying to capture raw beauty in all I shoot, be it people, places or the stars.
I love photography, and although I'm just starting down my photographic path, I feel I'm in a very blessed position. I co-own a photography studio and printing business here in Strokestown, I work worth my gorgeous wife and have a beautiful daughter- who is pretty much my only model at the moment, all this gives the hugely beneficial ability to be able to devote a large chunk of my day to doing what I love.  Creating. 

As I say, I am just starting out, and really don't have an amazing portfolio to brag about just yet, but if there's anyone in a similar position to me, that's just starting out and fancies partnering up for a shoot, then I'm all ears. 

Like I mentioned, we own a small studio, with an all black studio, lighting rigs, backdrops galore and all the facilities models might need, changing room, shower/ toilet, kitchen etc etc. 
(Plus we're right next door to a large supermarket- so snacks are never too far away).

I have no major preferences to note, as I'm fairly new to it all and still finding what I enjoy doing most. I mostly shoot my wife and daughter at moment, because they're both lovely.
I do really love the timeless looks of the old-fashioned monochromatic style portraits, and the highly detailed close-up shots too.
