TMono is a Bristol based photographer with a life long passion for monochrome photography which developed in the days of film when he shot mainly fine grain monochrome on medium format in order to achieve great technical image quality and fine art quality prints.
Though photography is not his main activity, he has been successfully producing both speculative and commissioned fine art images that clients want to display on their walls.
Recently he has been working on project to develop a new style of 'gentle' landscapes which eschews dramatic high contrast images in favour of something gentler and lighter and more peaceful. Some of the work he considers most successful are monochrome figure studies shot in the studio.
He now produces fine art images using digital techniques. Prints are produced on archival quality matt paper up to A3+ in size using long lasting Epson chromogenic inks.
