They started from Winchester at 5.45 a.m. and crossed the finishing line in Eastbourne at 8.40 p.m. They had learned lessons from last year's attempt and trained harder and paced themselves better this year.
Bruv & I provided support - meeting them at the various stops to hand them fresh supplies and being on hand to provide pick up & rescue (not needed this year.) We loaded them and their bikes and ferried them back to their motel after brief finish line celebrations and photographs.
