Tiga di Bali is made up of three creatives originally from the UK, Simone, Toulouki & Roberto - all experienced photographers and tutors - Simone & Rob being specifically linked to lighting tuition & building rapport with models & clients, and Toulouki is more aimed at bohemian styling & image retouch work. We cater to everyone of all levels of experience, and promote a ‘fashion forward’ approach. We are creative, relaxed and most of all, fun. 

We wanted to continue our paths in the photography industry, specifically teaching, but in another country. Curious to explore the other side of the world, travel is an important part of what we’ve always wanted to do - to explore a culture which is very different from the European way of life whilst sharing our collective knowledge in the creative industry.
We decided on Bali because it is photogenic, cost-effective enough for other creatives to travel and exotic enough for them to want to - a paradise island with masses of photographic potential.

 

• Simone Fairclough - The son of a lighting gaffa, it was inevitable Simone would go into the TV & film industry, starting with his father at an early age rigging lights in TV studios. With a love of films and behind the scenes work, he taught himself lighting for the stills camera. 25 years of watching some of the best cinematographers light film sets has evolved into a passion for using strobes to light sets and locations for stills photography.
• Toulouki Orsini - Toulouki's attention to detail, especially with styling comes from 16 years working as a professional model in the UK under the name Chiara Elisabetta. She is also a portrait photographer,  passionate about female empowerment, a stylist and a retoucher, specialising in Lightroom & Photoshop tuition. Her deliberate and innovative use of colour, hues & tones to lead the viewer's eye around the photo produces a unique, polished finish.
• Rob Golding - Much of Rob's work over 14 years has been with professional models but he also enjoys creating beautiful body-positive images with private clients, who may have never been in front of a camera before, and helping photographers grow their experience, image quality and understand the importance of a great rapport. Keeping it as simple as possible, he loves shaping & working with ambient light the most.
