Fabulous walk & shoot with Mike today. It was great to catch up after first working together about 4 years ago!

Mike had found a wonderful walk for us alongside a river with so many shooting opportunities we were spoilt for choice & the most amazing trees! So wonderful to be out in nature with another like minded soul.

As before Mike was very thoughtful & fully prepared & had brought a hot drink for me, snacks & even a coat in case I was cold, all this is very much appreciated when modelling nude outdoors in November!

We worked very collaboratively together, my favourite way to work, & I've seen the images & they're super! Mike has done a beautiful job capturing the glorious autumn colours.

Mike is a total gentleman & a lovely, interesting person to spend the day with, always professional, courteous & respectful. I highly recommend Mike to both new & experienced models.

My second shoot with Mike! :) It's so good to shoot with someone a second time - we both know how the other one works, and any nerves that come from an initial meeting are no longer present. It's just so much easier and it flows better! (Having said that, our first one flowed very nicely - and I relaxed very quickly on that first shoot too!). Still, this shoot was even better! Yay!

Mike looks after his models very well! That's one of the first things you notice about Mike. He is very well prepared - that van of his has all the comforts a model could need on location! Great shelter and somewhere comfortable to sit (and privacy, should one wish to change outfits)... He had a big warm coat for me, if I needed it, and had a bag full of snacks and drinks for me, as well as a flask with hot chocolate! (I couldn't drink it, as it had milk in it, but that's beside the point - he thought to bring provisions for me - and I really appreciate that!)

It was really refreshing to go to a location that I'd never been to! And I totally loved it - thank you Mike!! :) Mike knows the landscapes of Wales very intimately, and it's good to be with someone who is experienced and used to being out in all weathers! There are so many photographers that are afraid of walking more than a few metres, or getting cold and wet. Not Mike! It's wonderful to work with someone who is comfortable outside, as that's where the best shots are IMHO! Despite it being the beginning of November, the light was amazing, and although it was cold, it was ok to model. I enjoyed modelling for Mike, so any discomfort didn't really matter! Oh and plus the landscape views from up on the hill were incredible!

Mike is a real gentleman. Totally respectful. Works in a relaxed way. Does not try to push levels. Shoots with Mike are fun days out, full of interesting conversation!

I'm coming off PurplePort soon, and stepping back from modelling... but we will remain in touch on Facebook, and I would still happily model for Mike again, should he wish to book me in the future. Mike's a good person, and he is absolutely recommended by me - 100%! :)

Today's explorations were exciting and so much fun, it was such nice day. I very much enjoyed. Very much recommended ^^

Had an excellent photo shoot with Mike again we produced some amazing pictures we had lots of fun and he made me feel comfortable.

I highly recommend him as he goes above and beyond in his line of work and would gladly use him as a regular photographer x

Had a great shoot with Mike, knew exactly where to go in the location, chosen for our shoot checking everything as he went. Showing me shots throughout the shoot and ended up with some fantastic images due to his artistic eye.

Mike Kelly is a fantastic photographer, an absolute delight to work with; those of you who have be fortunate to work with him will know exactly what I mean. As of you who haven’t yet give him a try an you’ll see exactly what I mean.

Happy to have had an opportunity to work with a well travelled photographer, who's amazing at what he does, as well as being a great guy to.

Amazing and professional photographer. Instantly made me felt at ease and even kindly brought along a selection of snacks as drinks. Mike knew exactly where the best locations to shoot and we ended up with some increadable images. Highly recommended

Mike was in my local area and reached out to see if I fancied shooting. Pre-comms were great and we did a 2 hr beach shoot. Mike and I conferred on outfits and shoot ideas and came up with some great shots. Thoroughly enjoyed shooting with Mike, friendly and professional and would recommend getting a shoot in with Mike if you ever get the chance. Hope to shoot with Mike again in the future if the opportunity arises

I worked with Mike for the first time last week, and my word what a lovely shoot it was! Pre-comms were on point, but unfortunately I woke up late due to sleeping through my alarm so we didn’t get the early start we originally wanted..

Despite all this Mike was warm, welcoming and friendly when I arrived at the agreed meeting point! Totally understanding which made everything so much better as I had been quite nervous previous to meeting him.

He is very professional with a warm and gentle manner. He even provided snacks and a drink! Which always makes me happy :)

Now down to business.. Mike is a good photographer and knows the image he’s after which is great to work with as we both were able to work towards achieving it!

I felt completely as ease in his company but I also felt very safe as he’s an expert climber/caver so if I’d come in to any danger I was with the right man for the job ;)

It was only a short shoot which (due to my lateness) was burdened with harsh sunlight and tourists... But I feel we still achieved great results despite the small set backs.

I can’t wait until the next one and I promise I will wake up in time this time around! ;)

Highly recommended by me to all models and creatives.

I had an absolutely fab shoot with Mike yesterday! It was so fun, he's so easy to talk to and we chatted the whole time which made for a very relaxed shoot. The back of the camera pics looked amazing and I can't wait to see them properly. He was also wonderful when I was late because I got lost! So that was a huge relief (sorry again Mike!).

I really hope to shoot with him again. 100% recommend.

So yesterday I finally got to meet Mike! We have been Facebook friends for a good while now, and in fairly regular contact (as regular as an introvert like me does anyway!). Having got to know him through social media, I knew we'd get on in person, and that we'd work well together.

I was certainly not disappointed on the day! Mike was easy to talk to and initial nerves soon dispersed.

It was refreshing to work with someone who was so used to being outdoors and didn't mind a bit of a walk! As an ex-guide and instructor, Mike knew the location really well - it was lovely to work with someone who had such good location knowledge! It took the pressure off me which made a change. Waterfalls can be dangerous places, but I felt well looked after and in safe hands. He knew the place inside out - it really helped! Mike had plenty of snacks and drinks if I needed anything, and was really well prepared.

Mike was very professional and respectful. He made sure I was ok and helped protect my dignity whenever anyone walked near us.

It was a pleasure to be able to model in a more expressive and emotive style in our final set, as I knew Mike was versatile and adaptable enough to be able to capture this!

I was really excited with the different images that we produced - we got some lovely pictures! It was a fun morning and I'm really looking forward to hopefully working together again in the near future!

Finally got to shoot with Mike again after cancellation due to all the lockdowns in Wales and it was well worth the wait.

Mike is such a gentleman, he never fails to create a relaxed and professional atmosphere. We covered many different styles in a few locations. From the back of the camera the images looked amazing and I can’t wait to receive them!

I cannot recommend Mike highly enough and I can’t wait to shoot with Mike again, hopefully we won’t have to wait as long next time! Thanks Mike x

What a wonderful day!

Worked with Mike for the first time today and it was amazing. Mike was so friendly, respectful and not to mention professional throughout the duration of the shoot. He had a range of great ideas for us to try and provided two beautiful locations!

I would recommend Mike in a heartbeat and I cannot wait to work with him again.

Second shoot with Mike and it was a duo shoot with Rune. We went into a tunnel with a vision of Rune as a pure spirit who helps guide a lost soul who is me. Amazing shoot, the best company and I couldn’t have asked for better. Mike is a professional with the best ideas and is so kind, respectful and thoughtful. Although I lost one of Mike’s expensive head lights in his van, I hope you find it Mike!! He brings snacks every time!! :) I cannot wait to shoot with Mike again. He is a must shoot with if you haven’t.
