Met up with Tom when he joined myself and two other models on an urbex themed workshop! And what had seemed like forever nearly 5 years later. Tom was probably the 2nd or 3rd ever tog I had worked with back then and it was a total pleasure to meet up again.

Just as back in the day Tom is a total gent and a very smart chap, he made great use of the location and really got creative with his ideas to pull of some unique shots, I can really see a massive improvement in both his skills and compositions in which he carefully scouts in the space he is in.

Was a total pleasure meeting back up with you Tom, And I hope to work with you again upon my return in the Autumn! Only next time lets not leave it five years hehehe ;)

Thomas joined myself @JadeStacyMaria and @KatieC on an event today. We were shooting urbex and had the day planned out at a fantastic location we have used before. Unfortunately we had a run in with Secca and were politely asked to vacate the premises 8D

It could have been a disaster right there and then but Jade came to the rescue with an alternate location she had frequented that she knew was accessible and had no issue with security. Thomas was thankfully up for this even though it meant a fair drive and the shoot running for a couple of hours longer than originally planned.

The new location was perfect but sadly very much open to the outdoors although it did have a roof! But, it was very much at the weathers disposal which incidentally left a lot to be desired - it was cold bloody cold!!

I had arrived as prepared as I could be, armed with thermal blankets, hand warmers and dressing gowns but it proved too much for me and I had to have a couple of breaks to thaw out. Thomas was a diamond and had no issue with this.

From start to finish, Thomas was a delight to work with, communication was spot on, he was helpful, a great team player, easy to chat to, fun to work with, had some good ideas for shots and just generally an all round lovely guy! I would whole heartedly recommend him and sincerely hope I get the chance again.

so i met Thomas on set of a urbex group shoot yesterday the shoot turned out really well Thomas was such a awesome photographer and a down to earth guy i would 100% recommend this guy to all as he is easy to get on with and a good laugh and im so please with what i seen on the back of the camera.

i hope this will be the first of many shoot for us,

After the long wait we finally managed to work together!!

We done a dance style shoot were we created lots of shapes in different places. We even used talc. It was a nice chilled shoot trying different things and seeing what works and what doesn’t.

Tom is such a lovely guy. Very kind, funny and respectful. I enjoyed the shoot very much and hope we can shoot together again in the future 🙂

Had a great shoot with Thomas yesterday :) so glad that we finally managed to do something before I go away for a while!

Lovely character, made me feel instantly relaxed, very easy-going. As a result, we got some beautiful photos :) It was such fun shoot, Thomas had me laughing from start to finish!

Look forward to shooting with him again when I get back from my year abroad (or maybe while I’m in Paris?!)

Tom had attended a studio night at Mark coventrys studio last week. I am so glad he did. Tom was very laid back, easy to get along with and very professional. Definitely one to watch out for! Knows what image he is after, has lots of ideas! I can see many great images coming from Tom! Highly recommend and I look forward to working together again in the future

I had my first implied nude outdoor shoot with Thomas Matthews on Wednesday. What a magical, fun shoot. Thomas was prompt and plans were made prior to the shoot which put me at ease. Thomas, is one of the most respectful photographers that I have ever met, I felt more then comfortable to pose naked and he always looked away while I was posing, he also kept a blanket at hand in case i needed it. Thomas is so lighthearted and is always cracking jokes, this made the shoot effortless which made me look more natural in the photos. Thomas is great at giving direction, whilst at the same time managed to also include some of my ideas. The photos looked so tasteful, and so beautiful which was exactly what I was looking for when I made my casting. I was very impressed with our results that we produced and absolutely loved every minute of the shoot. Thomas is very a very talented and professional photographer.

During the day I was very nervous as I didn’t hear from Tom but that was due to his day job and no fault of his own.

We met at the correct time and it was like we’d worked together before, he’s very relaxing and, like me, just went with the flow and we got some cracking images.

Had an amazing shoot with Thomas, he was on time. I enjoyed working with him as he is funny and he will definitely make you feel comfortable. He also brought lights with him so we got some great photos. He found the both locations we shoot at and even brought clothes! Can’t say anything bad about him yet)

Spoke to thomas for around about a month now doing a shoot and different concepts. Yesterday we finally was able to do it! I loved it! He made feel so comfortable and had a great time and got some great shots doing it! Definitely would recommend him and would love to work with him again!!
