A unique urbex space  over3 floors, with8 rooms and lots of outdoor space including a huge flat roof with city skyline backdrops , a place of endless possibilities. There is NO space like it in the area, feel free to check our references for reassurance, with more props than you can count,including a stunning white French day bed  , several other beds , sofas , chairs, wood and steel roof trusses, stairwells, lifts, a unique clear perspex bath with so much more!!

 The studio is at the end of a residential street and has its own on site, secure off road parking.

 

Our rates and what we offer...

 - The studio is available for hire at the crazy low price of £25ph!

 - Chaperones accepted and supplied if requested

 - Tea and Coffee making facilities

 - Any personal requests will be catered for where possible

 - All levels of photography and filming are welcome from fashion to adult

- No studio sharing, no multiple shoots unless requested and agreed by all parties

 Full use of the entire studio

  * Limited lighting equipment

 *2 soft boxes

 *range of LED and search lights

Touring and Local models...

  Studio days are available at an hourly rate to accommodate both us and yourself, if any hour does not sell you will NOT be charged for it. All we ask is that you put effort into promoting your day/weekend and we will do the same. We have a changing room with your own sectioned space a range of clothes and many mirrors.

 

Coming Soon... 

 - A huge range of clothing from all era's available for hire or purchase :O

 - Props available to create your own unique sets  and hopefully this year another room to use and maybe a couple of permanent sets Don't worry, there will be no loss of the much loved urbex space, this is simply adding a little variety to the studio.

 This year we are aiming to make as many improvements as possible, keep an eye out!
