References for The Traditional House

My second shoot at Linda's marvellous home a few days ago. The rooms offer almost endless shoot possibilities and with the availability of her own LED lights, I tried to make full use of the four hours I had booked.

Linda is extremely accommodating, very friendly and makes great coffee. The house is easy to find and with ample parking, offers far more than a 'traditional' studio. It's impossible to fault The Traditional House as an ideal shoot location.

This was my first visit to this location and it was to take advantage of one of Ella Ru studio days. The house is immaculately decorated with nooks and crannies everywhere that can give your images a special feel. Linda was also the perfect host providing ideas and coffee all the time.

This is a wonderful location and I hope to return at some point. Many thanks.

Another fantastic hire of Linda's beautiful place, but this time just using the outside spaces. Probably about 20 different sets/looks out there and Linda is the perfect host. Shot a local model, who has been there before, she and the MUA both love it there.

Just had a wonderful group shoot at Traditional House on Saturday. Linda is really friendly and supportive. We enjoyed every minute of our 3-hour session and I really look forward to shooting at Traditional House again in coming months.

Amazing location to shoot at.

Easy to get to, with loads of parking.

Each room is exceptionally decorated with lots of natural light. We didn't get to shoot there today due to the weather, but it looks like you'd be spoilt for choice shooting outside too.

Would love to shoot here again someday.

I have just spent a full wonderful day at this stunning venue and didn't want to leave! Linda was very responsive and answered any questions quickly and efficiently, gave clear instructions for finding the venue and then the added bonus was ample parking!

The Traditional House is obviously a stunning venue and has so many places to shoot that I didn't make it around every place to shoot. The lighting equipment provided is minimal but does the job considering the natural light pouring through the huge windows. Each room is elegantly decorated and has a few props in which really help to widen the shoot possibilities in that room. The props have been carefully thought about to work well with the vibe.

Linda was super helpful, offering her help if required otherwise happy to stay out of the way. The venue is truly wonderful and works for everything from ballgowns to fine art nude. I love working at this stunning venue and will definitely return in the future!

Thoroughly recommend this location!

From Linda’s pre shoot comms to her welcome on the day & background support if needed, couldn’t be better.

Externally - Easy enough to find, onsite parking & discrete enough for quiet outdoor shooting with plenty of great areas to use as a background. 10/10

Internally - where to start? The choice of rooms is extensive with each room/area providing inspirational choice. You could easily spend days shooting without feeling the need to repeat styles.

Obviously it’s more traditional in feel but tasteful opulence exudes. 10/10

Linda, our host, was impeccable in her attention to our needs. Building great rapport with myself & the models. Discretely far enough away but within reasonable earshot if anything was needed.

Clearly her own background in modelling & photography is a huge influence on her gorgeous home. 10/10

Both models & myself will be returning 100%

On a side note, (I hope Linda doesn’t mind me commenting) with economic pressures as they are, I found Linda’s rates to be more than fare.

With a passion, she purposefully aims to keep them low. From my impression, she does rely on regular use & support from our community. Let’s hope we can keep this location busy, as it truly is somewhere special!

I recently had a shoot at The Traditional House and the house/location definitely exceeded my expectations. I had seen pictures but I didn't expect so much space and such beautiful decor. Such a super clean and welcoming atmosphere and there is just so much choice of rooms to shoot.

There are also many areas around the house that are available to use if you would like to do outdoor shoots.

Linda met us on arrival and is just such a lovely and welcoming person and very hospitable. She showed us around and was giving us helpful tips also on which areas of the house work best for certain shoot styles. She always made us feel welcome for the entire time we were there and genuinely looked after us.

This is probably the best location I have done shoots in and I highly recommend to all photographers and models.

My second time working here , Linda is such a lovely warm person and makes you feel at ease with her warm welcoming smile , nothing is to much trouble she will help out in any way to make your visit a enjoyable one.

The house and grounds are second to none , so beautiful i really enjoy working here.

There is so many opportunitys to get different style shots ,its a photographers dream , and linda is always there if you need a cuppa , which is plentiful.

Photographers of all levels if you havent shot here , You are seriously missing out on a fantastic and beautiful place to shoot.

My first photoshoot in this stunning house was absolutely fabulous. The place is so beautiful, I could stay there for a week and never run out of ideas and places to shoot at. The owner is so friendly and welcoming it turned out to be an awesome experience. 100% recommended to visit and I am sure you will want to go back over and over again. Brilliant location.

This evening I used The Traditional House studio for the first time, and it definitely won’t be the last. It is a fantastic setting, with so many scenes - both in door and outside. There were so many that in the five hours we merely scratched the surface. Linda made us so welcome with the kettle on as we arrived - nothing was too much trouble. The house was immaculate and clean, with ample changing rooms for the model. I can’t wait to return again, and once again, thank you.

First time at Tradional House shooting with Amy Green. Linda welcomed me in with a tour of the property. Some lovely furnished rooms to work in, lots of scope for different locations and a constant flow of cups of tea.

Would like to have made more use of outdoor space but the UK summer wasn't playing.

Hope to go back again. Recommended

My second visit to Linda’s wonderful home for a long overdue shoot with Beth…..one of my favourite models

Linda was welcoming as always and never far away to give advice but at the same time never getting in the way

We had a fabulous time working our way around the beautiful house and as the weather was kind tripping out into the grounds as well

Always a great pleasure to shoot here and Linda is the perfect hostess …..giving great encouragement to my model

Just had my first visit to this wonderful house and met Linda for the fitrst time.

Linda has a warm and friendly personality and is a perfect hodt, not only that she is an excellent model as she kindly stepped into the breach as my chosen model had to cancek due to illness.

Whilst he interior of the house offers so many wonderful shooting opportunities I will look forward to the warmer drier weather to explore the shooting opportunitie in the grounds as well.

The house has my highest recommendation and look forward to wotkng there again.

She’s really out done herself today

She been a fantastic host as always but on top she’s been my make up and hair stylist and even lent me few gowns for my maternity shoot

As well as be a model herself

So yes I would 1000% percent recommended both traditional house as a venue and Linda as model/ host
