Thank you for checking out The Rowans Studio, my charming home and a fully equipped professional studio available for your projects.

Located in a quaint village between Leeds and Wakefield in West Yorkshire, the studio offers a versatile space with five furnished bedrooms, various equipment, backdrops, sets, props, front and back gardens, a deck, a summer house, a conservatory with a gym area, and ample parking on a double driveway.

We provide complimentary hot and cold beverages along with snacks to make your experience as comfortable as possible.

Accommodation

Overnight stays are available at £40 per night per room, also listed on Airbnb. When booking, please note that certain rooms may be reserved for overnight guests, so let us know if you need exclusive use of the entire house for shooting. We can arrange to block rooms from Airbnb as needed.

Studio Rates

• 1 hour: £30

• 2 hours: £55

• Half day (4 hours): £100

• Full day (8 hours): £180

• Full house overnight rate: £250

Please note that my modelling fees apply if I am booked, though you are welcome to bring your own models if preferred.
