I had a great bodypainting and photography shoot with Benji1 today. He arrived promptly, was keen to get straight on with the work and had a very friendly personality. His dance experience brought the bodypainting to life and made for a great photo shoot. I’d recommend him to other bodypainters and photographers.

Benji is a student of contemporary dance, currently training in London. It is an honourable tradition that young students of the performing arts often model for painters and more recently photographers. Benji had only been modelling for a month or so before I had the opportunity to capture images of such a handsome and athletic young man. I feel lucky to have had the chance, I am sure that Benji will become a very popular model. I hope to book him again, soon! Benji arrived exactly as planned and had bought with him a range of outfits to suit the ideas we had discussed in pre-shoot messages. He was a complete joy to work with, we both worked hard to create something special, reviewing results as we progressed through the shoot. As a dancer, Benji can present a superb range of poses, held still but giving the feel of fluid motion. Benji's charm and sense of fun also shone out throughout the shoot, he has a lovely personality and was a real pleasure to meet and spend time with, he even enjoyed my cooking! I look forward to next time as there were many other creative ideas we discussed, we were only limited by time and weather. Benji is highly recommended :-)
