Hi, and welcome to The Piano Studio!
My name is Ophelie Rondeau and I'm a fashion photographer always looking for new and affordable locations to use for my work, which is why I decided to give the opportunity to other creatives to use my apartment as a shooting location for their upcoming project(s)!
The apartment is part of a beautiful old factory building. The place is approximatively 100m2 and features high ceilings, wooden floor and super large windows, with vintage furniture throughout. Everything can be moved around in order to fit your vision!
You are welcome to hire half the apartment for £25ph (this includes the kitchen, the balcony and the living-room OR the kitchen, the balcony and the bedrooms), or the full apartment for £50ph.
Those prices include :
1. private parking space
2. clothing rail
3. steamer
There is also a large lift available to use.
