About Me 🥀

I'm Amyy, a young Autistic female photographer, editor and artist based in Aberdeen, North East of Scotland. I have been creating my own playground of fantasies and nightmares for a number of years now. I specialise in dark, creative and fantasy styled portraiture. I aim to create quirky, dark and beautiful images, bringing to life my own fantasy land into the real world.

 

Paid Work & Collaborations 🥀

Shoots start at £40/hr, this only covers studio hire as I do not have my own studio space and I do not earn anything from that rate, I do generally ask that at the very least that these expenses are covered . I am unfortunately not in a position to pay for your expenses as well as my own.

I take on very limited TFP work, I will consider TFP if I feel it benefits us both greatly. However, please do not approach me with the expectation I will work for free/TFP without a strong concept. I take great care and time into each shoot I do and I have done this for a very long time and I feel for asking at the very least for expenses to be covered is more than reasonable. I am always more than happy for chaperones to be present at any shoot, if they are willing to help out too then even better!

 

Availability 🥀

I take on very few shoots now due to my main job as a support worker for young children on the autism spectrum. My job is very demanding and can be very busy so I have limited availability, especially on weekends but given enough notice, I will always do my best to work around your availability and see what we can do! My work days often change during the Scottish school holidays as well.

I will always send a small set of our images within a week of our shoot, however, I juggle a lot between my job and I tend to go back and forth to images whenever I am able to. I don't set a maximum amount of image I edit, I often base it off of how many looks are done and how well I believe they came out. But please do take note, I will ALWAYS get images back to you whenever I have the time to edit. I take great pride in my work and my relationships with people at all times and I will maintain communication as much as I possibly can!

• I am very laid back and relaxed while on a shoot
• Often have food or like to provide snacks
• I love to get to know everyone I work with and maintain a good relationship after our shoot
• Autistic brain likes to take time to ensure I understand our agreement fully and likes to plan well ahead
• Love to listen to some music while on a shoot
• Overall, I'm a quirky, bubbly character who is just happy to be working with you and just want you to have a positive, feel good experience
