The Facility is a studio suite based in Walsall, 10 minutes from m6 junction 10 it is spread across three floors and offers adaptable well dressed sets that are suitable for both video and stills work. The studio has lots of off street parking and shower and changing facilities. The facility specializes in the fetish and adult industry.

Dungeon one includes such equipment as a suspension frame and swing, additional suspension points, a chinese finger, spanking benches, an a frame, a mounted a tau chair and crucifix, suspension cages and chain hoists, a rack, a queening bench, a throne, heavy duty bondage bench. Dungeon one has swagged ceilings and curtains at the midpoint to make it a very flexible choice

Dungeon two includes a large cage area,  an a frame with a bondage chair, a male restraint device and a various spanking benches. Dungeon two is a rough finish with brick walls and blue brick floor.

Both dungeons include the use of a wide selection of props.

The medical area includes a choice of three examination benches, A metal institutionalized adjustable bed with removable leg stirrups and two further examination beds one with stirrups. There is also an equipment trolley with an array of props and a curtain area.

There are several domestic settings including lounge, bedroom and study options. These areas rotate to give different decor and furniture options.

The final room is the detention room with old fashioned school desks, a headmasters desk and a blackboard.

Dungeon one and dungeon two rent for £30 per hour with a minimum of two hour bookings.

The other rooms rent for £25 per hour

Bookings of more than four hours attract discounted rates and whole venue hire is possible.

The facility also offers tuition and support from fetish and rope bondage specialists as well as our resident photographers and videographers. We do hold a database of local and international models who specialise in their field as well as running studio and model days.
