This is a shot of one of the inlets on Loch Carron around the pretty village of Pockton on the North West coast of Scotland. Taken just as the tide has turned after Low Tide it will be several hours before the water returns to fill the basin.

Plockton has been a popular location for Artists from The Edinburgh School and has been featured in television and films including The Wicker Man.
